My cell phone was not working, and I was rather rattled as I was an older woman traveling alone and these days that seems a bit scary, especially when you don't have a way to call 911 from the road. Also no one sells maps anymore. :( This extremely friendly, smiley, helpful young woman working in the Abilene Convention and Visitors Bureau was my angel in disguise. She gave me a Texas map -- for free! (they're ginormous like the state) -- and also an Abilene map and even highlighted it and gave me written directions to their local Verizon store so that I could try to get my phone working again. She even let me call home to tell my hubby that I was all right and where I was at and headed. Thank you, lovely person, in "Abilene, prettiest town I've ever seen/Women there don't treat you mean/in Abilene, my Abilene"! Forever indebted, Joan

Came in a hour later and left in 2-3 hours but when the invoice came in I was billed for 4! Called and Kendall said he would look into and soon after I received a corrected bill - no apology but at least they made it right. Decided to use them for a second time where they had to drill through some brick. The team stated that they didn't have a drill bit for brick (not sure how on that big truck) and had to run and get some (another hour billed for lunch for all I know...) but when getting this bill, it had $200 of tools on it including extension cords, etc. What is really irritating is that I had to insist on an itemized bill to find all of this out. I have no reason to trust this company or its work any longer! SCAM
