Short story: They never showed up for my reserved ride and cost me significantly more money!…read moreI reserved a ride with this company because Uber and Lyft aren't always available in the very early hours in my area and I didn't want to bother a friend so early (4:00 AM for a 5:15 AM flight out of Abilene Airport). I called and made a reservation which was easy except I should of trusted my gut because they only asked me my address my destination and pick up time. No confirmation email (because they didn't have it) or text. They never showed and I couldn't get anyone on the phone at 4:20 AM when no one had arrived to confirm whether someone was still coming. I ended up having to drive myself and pay for airport parking. So a $25 plus tip (which I would of tipped another $20 for such an early trip) ride turned into a $135 airport parking bill. They texted me at 6:28 AM after I was already in Dallas into see if I still needed a ride. But hey they are sorry so that fixes it right .

Greyhound. Not the dog but the bus! This location is a suburban stop with a few places nearby to…read moreeat. It is an outdoor stop with a small seating area that at first appears to be part of the gas station that it's next to. It is on a freeway and has everything you would need around it (food, lodging, etc.) if you accidentally get lost or left behind. Overall, this Greyhound stop is in a convenient spot for it's location and gets the A-OK in my opinion.
