The rv park itself is right off highway which is good and bad. The next month was 745+ electric now starting July 1 I get another email saying they assess the area and the assessment was high so they're raising it 800+ electric they own the business and they're being very greedy when you talk to somebody about it and they are complete a holes so myself and quite a few other people left to find a more respectful and honest campground. It's not right to gouge prices on out-of-town workers, especially when you're going off assessment, but they own four other campgrounds in the area they can name their price and they choose to price gouge I can't wait till this Data Center is complete and they have no business I recommend not staying there. There is a couple other parks that are catering to these construction workers a lot better and closer because they have deals with the Data Center.
