Trey is the best! He helped us with exactly what we needed and was so pleasant to work with! I would recommend Lynden Paint to anyone.

We had Ralph's install flooring and tile for us. Overall, I'm not sure that I would recommend…read moreRalph's as a place to do business. My experience was: Showroom has an impressive amount of product, and much of it has the price displayed. However, it turns out that a good deal of what is on display is old stock that isn't available. We cycled through several rounds of bids, one was incomplete (no materials), another had vastly overpriced labor, finally got a bid that we all agreed on. Then when the job was done and it was time to pay, the agreed upon bid disappeared and we were sent the vastly overpriced labor bid as an invoice. Quite a bit of back and forth settled when I sent their bid to them, as they denied that the bid we had agreed to existed. Generously, their estimating process and record keeping needs a lot of improvement. Most of the work done was good, generally very good. Some of the detail work was not good. I had already paid my invoice when I contacted Ralph's about the issues. No response to texts, emails, voicemails. Finally got ahold of my rep, she led with "well, they all do that", which pretty much set the tone of the conversation. Needless to say, no, they never followed up with me after promising to do so, and at this point I'll just hire someone else to complete the job. Check cashed=customer no longer exists. Summary: mostly good result, but there's got to be better options in the area.

She told me could not have it. Her reasoning was not bc it wasn't in stock, it was bc the finish was glossy. No offense to gravity challenged ppl and Treauna but this flooring was NOT FOR YOU. Then, this salty woman told me picking out flooring was not for me. Joke is on you bc everyone who has toured my home loves all of the flooring I picked out. So classless of you! I'm giving you a 1 star rating bc zero wasn't an option.

After many years considering a flooring change we reached out to Tanner at Whisler Renovations. He…read morewas the perfect match for all of our questions, checks, and double checks. He communicated professionally and was responsive, even when it was a random text asking if this material was what we envisioned for our home. We ordered the materials with his help and he installed the flooring as scheduled. WE LOVE IT and wish now that we had made this change earlier (we chose high quality LVP in 20 MIL for our pets) and we are excited to continue with the improvements in our home working with Whisler Renovations! As a consumer, I must say what I appreciate the most is the billing invoice as it was detailed to the work associated with the cost and true to the original estimate. Often times with an invoice is provided without a detailed breakdown and this time it was not and we really appreciated the transparency. The Seaholms highly recommend Tanner Whisler of Whisler Renovations for your next home improvement project!

I have had them build custom gates, built-in cabinetry, trim work, bannisters etc. Their work is 5 out of 5--from their eurofinishes (built-ins) to trim work. If there ever is a snafu with the planning/construction they do what is necessary to work things out with their customers. I would not hesitate to use them at all. Call them; try them; you will not be disappointed. Indeed, I will be using them again in the future.

Their cabinets have failed from the moment of install, and they have reneged on their 5 year warranty. Last week 10 bowls fell from a 6' high shelf damaging our marble counter and tile floor. Thankfully my wife was unhurt and the children were not in the room. The shelf fell due to shelf pin holes that are to large, and the pin being installed wrong by Columbia Cabinets. My kitchen disgusts me every time I walk into it. Sad, as the rest of the home is so beautiful, with so much money and love put into it. I implore you to tell everyone you are able about this experience, so that Garret Dykstra, his companies and Columbia Cabinets obtain as few projects in the future as is possible. I am angry, and no one else deserves to go through the time and heart ache I have had to endure. Thank you for reading.
