Worst manicure ever. Went in for a fill and cut back of my nails. I've never had a salon do the fill BEFORE cutting back my nails. When they used clippers, it chipped the acrylic at the tip of 3 nails. They didn't fill in the chips!! They just buffed it and painted over it! When they painted my nails, they didn't even go to the side edges of my nails! I kept telling the guy and he kept saying that it looked fine. I pointed out the chips in the acrylic and he ignored me. Sad thing is, you pay before they do the nail polish. I stopped and tried to speak to someone else and she just said thank you, have a nice day. I will never go back. Waste of $50!! read more

Next, I showed him a picture of a nail design for a manicure that I wanted and he kept complaining about how hard it was and when I said never mind, he insisted on doing it. Not happy with the file and paint job done on my nails there are several uneven spots and polish on my cuticle . I have two sore spots from where she cut my cuticle and area next to thumb. Was supposed to have a gel topcoat for shine and durability but they are dull and the paint has already started to chip. I went 2 weeks ago 3 nails broke first one after 3 days I went in and they fixed the next day my thumb nail broke I just ended up super gluing it back on since I don't have time to be a regular every day kinda thing! She was going to put the acrylic on without letting me wash the powder from filing down my nail and got really mad when I asked to rinse my hands. The same thing happened when I asked her to push my cuticles down /before/ putting on the acrylic. Who pushes them down after? That just leaves a giant gap under the acrylic. The acrylic nails were also the wrong size, leaving a lot of my real nail exposed and she cut them very different lengths and crooked. When you're supposed to be able to go to a nail salon and trust the person you're overpaying already to make your hands look great for a special occasion but you end up leaving with the person you came with more upset and unsatisfied with the fact that your nails look goopy, are uncomfortable because there's about 7 layers of gel on your real nail, the establishment should be shut down for being horrific with what's supposed to be the outcome of the $30+ you'll spend sitting in a chair while the technician doing your nails does the gel manicure absolutely wrong. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Avoid going here at all costs. I am new to the area and needed a fill, and I am not one to give reviews. The male nail tech was EXTREMELY SLOW, shaky, and just not good in general. I tried to give him the benefit of doubt throughout the process. I was told to pay before it was done and we weren't even halfway done. I told the nail tech I will not be paying until he is complete, especially knowing the job is poorly done. The nail tech then told another woman who came over and pressured me to pay now even though it was not done. In addition to that, they wanted me to hand them my form of payment without telling me a price. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. The UV nail light was FILTHY- like sticking your hands in a pot of slime.
