Seasonal drink selection
Diane R.

This inviting coffee and croissant cafe was bustling on this weekday morning. The cashier was a little slow but competent, many employees working in the kitchen. We wanted to try the croissants and coffee. This is the second time we have tried to go to the cafe, the first time the line was out the door and we went elsewhere. This time it was not a long line and there were several places to comfortably sit. Now on the coffee, it was nice to seasonal selections. However I was not not impressed by the coffee. I ordered the pecan coffee and thought it was sweet and not very flavorful. The croissants smelled delicious but were not very flaky inside. I ordered a pistachio filled one, it was not like the picture and just ok. If you looking for an authentic European croissant this is not the place.

This place just had its grand opening recently and we were able to try it out one evening. Of course, it was packed with the line reaching the entrance. When we arrived we didn't have to wait to long to order but shortly thereafter, it got really busy. It is a popular Ukranian cafe and now we have one in the Sacramento county. The ambiance is nice, cheerful, bright, clean and aesthetically-pleasing. I like the neon croissant lights on the mirror; they were cute! The croissants themselves were ok. We got the strawberry mascarpone and the Nutella with strawberry/ banana. The first thing we thought was that the croissant was not warm nor did it taste as fresh compared to Costco's large fluffy and soft croissants. These were kind of on the harder and smaller side. They drinks were ok. They did run out of some of their flavored refreshers. I think for next time, we will try a savory croissant and see if that is better than the sweet ones. Overall, a nice place to hang out but probably not to study because of how crowded and noisy it can get.

Bacon egg and cheese croissant

The croissants are made in house!! When I first walked in I noticed how clean this restaurant was. The staff are very kind, The service was excellent. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese croissant with a lavender vanilla latte. There was not a lot of egg, bacon or cheese. One piece of bacon, maybe one egg and 1/4 ounce of cheese. I want to try the sweet croissant I hope there is more filling in the sweet ones.

I'm so happy that Lviv Croissants opened here! This is a Ukrainian chain that I used to visit when I lived in Ukraine, so seeing it here brings back so many good memories. We've already visited twice and tried both sweet and savory croissants, and everything was absolutely delicious. The croissants are fresh, flavorful, and there are so many different options to choose from. It's honestly hard to pick a favorite! I also love the atmosphere. The place is usually busy, which is not surprising considering how good the food is. They have gift cards available, and there's even a little area for kids where they can draw, which is such a nice touch for families. I'm genuinely excited to have Lviv Croissants here and will definitely be coming back again. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it -- especially if you want to discover a popular Ukrainian brand and enjoy some really delicious croissants!

Good! Nice space, croissants are fresh and not too sweet. Idk what else to say 5 stars

Excellent sandwich and desert croissants. Delicious latte & matcha! Nice, clean ambiance and friendly staff. No real cup or plates for dining in. The place is new so I give them few weeks to get real dishes for dine in clients. Because I like to go back, I already return with guest and would love to go back and enjoy this place with friends and family!

Expected more... but as least it's not overpriced. Coffee was just okay, just foam, no crema.

I was really excited for this place to open. I love croissants, and croissant sandwiches. I decided to try it this morning. I got a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The sandwich wasn't bad as far as the taste, but it was so small and not nearly enough bacon, egg and cheese. The egg was cold and the butter they put inside wasn't melted, so about half way through the sandwich I got a big bite of butter. The price of the sandwich was reasonable, I think $7 something, and if you order 2 sandwiches you get a discount, but honestly I wish they would charge a few extra dollars and load up the ingredients so you can actually taste what's inside. This place is a good concept, just didn't meet my expectations.

Mushroom breakfast croissant and cappuccino

For a croissant place the croissant is just ok. The sandwich was good, but salty. Coffee is good.

I was very excited to try this new croissant place. Unfortunately, once I opened my egg, cheese, and sausage croissant, I was very disappointed. There was barely any egg, I couldn't see any cheese, and the croissant was extremely soggy. It was not at all what I expected. I will not be returning. Buyer beware.

Their desserts are beautifully presented, and everything I've tried here has delivered on flavor too. I picked up my drink across where I ordered and then I picked up my food from a separate place when the device they gave me buzzed. What I ordered: * Chia seed pudding $7 - coconut chia seed pudding with coconut flakes, strawberry jam, and granola. Generously stuffed into a round container. Delicious. Inspires me to make chia seed pudding at home. * Hot earl grey creme tea $4 - I added honey. Perfect balance of citrus and black tea flavors. Came in a big paper cup, but had the option of having it in a tea pot and pouring it myself. Note they have a card surcharge of 2.9%. I was able to find a comfy seat with a round table. There were a lot of people but still enough seating and not too loud inside. The music was relaxing. Loved all the natural light and cozy, earthy vibes. For fellow matcha lovers, I saw a sign they use Mizuba matcha. It was already late afternoon and I had a matcha latte earlier so I chose not to get a matcha latte. If I'm around the area and come back soon though, I'd love to try their seasonal summer offering of the coconut matcha cloud. They also had a pastry case next to the register. The savory items sounded great too, so there's lots of items I'm interested in trying from here. Would recommend if you're looking for a nice, spacious cafe to relax or do some work!

He requested milk and sugar. I didn't want to touch the cup he was holding so I said okay. The girl at the register was happy to give me an extra cup for milk and sugar. I filled it and was cornered when I was exiting. She was fuming, flustered saying that refills aren't free. How dare I take free refills from the shop before. I apologetically expressed I can pay for a second cup of coffee. She didn't back down. She verbally berated me in front of EVERYONE and it was an awful experience. I've been homeless myself but I've never looked it. This is unacceptable behavior and very ableist. I will still come by, but I wanted to warn others that this place is very discriminatory against the disabled homeless population and I do not want to be a part of this kind of energy.
