I saw the grand opening sign as I was driving to see my mom who lives in an assisted living place off of Tanque Verde. I decided to stop by on my way home. I walked in and was surprised by the warm greeting Paul gave me! The shop was so pretty and clean! The soft gray paint was very warming and the white trimmed accents were a perfect combination compliment! On the left wall were small but brilliant lite chandeliers all along the wall while the middle of the room displayed a very large chandelier that sent beautiful rays of colors that danced off the ceiling! Customers were smiling, laughing and talking so this made me feel very comfortable. Paul asked me to sign into his computer and explained that after 10 visits that you can get a manicure free! If you get your nails done regularly this doesn't take long so this is a great offer! While I was getting my nails done I was able to check out the pedicure menu since there were 4 people getting pedicures! There prices vary from $25-$50. You can have anything from paraffin wax to hot oil and stones to just calluses removed! You only pay for the services you want! The nail prices were very competitive so I didn't feel like I was paying for this glamorous shop! The place I usually get my nails done is closed on Sundays. I can't always get to their shop on Saturdays and if I do they are too busy to see me if I don't have an appointment! The great thing is that LV Nails Spa is open 7 days a week! I walked into this nail salon with a virtual gift certificate bought by my daughter who lives out of town... They were new owners, and they had no receipt showing That my daughter bought this. The previous owners and staff took the money and ran.But the new management Was very gracious and Debbie who took care of me honored my word and took care of me anyway Even though she didn't get Paid For it.She did a very good job and she took good care of me and spent a lot of time on me because she wanted to make sure I was happy.I was very impressed by how she bent over backwards to make the problem right.I will be back and I will refer others to this place.However the previous owners did wrong things to them when they left, this new management are really good at what they do and care about their customers. Both Debbie the manager who did my feet and eyebrows and massage on my legs and shoulders,and Emily who does the nails are both very good and deserve to prosper in this business. As someone who always has their nails done, I've been to countless nail salons throughout my life and had a range of both and good and bad experiences. LV Nails is EASILY the best nail salon I've ever been to. It's in an amazing location on Tanque Verde in Tucson, Arizona and it's always clean. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing and the nail technicians are all amazing at what they do. When it comes to Debbie though, she's absolute perfection. Not only is she amazing at nails and pedicures but she is the only person I go to for waxing and threading. She's talented and pays attention to the every detail. She even does facials!! And I'm completely obsessed with them. Facials from her are the most pampered and relaxed I've ever felt in a salon. I tell everyone I know about this nail salon and to ask for Debbie. I have been going to LV Nail Spa for about five months now and have been very happy with the service there. This is where I got my first Dip Polish manicure and I was so impressed and happy with it that now it is the only type of manicure I will get. The pedicure experience has also been a good one for me every time I have gotten one there. The tech I always go to, Hanh, is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I've yet to be disappointed with her work. Every time I've been in LV Nails Spa I have found it to be very clean and well kept. All of the techs are friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I came in just to get a quick fill not expecting anything special. I was greeted and seated in a chair immediately. I had two nail technicians to myself. From start to finish I was given the attention most nail salons usually lack. Neither one of the techs were distracted by cell phones or walked away without telling me where they are going, something I find common everywhere else. I got a pedicure and a fill on my full set. The choices of available colors were beautiful! I was also given a water by one of the nail techs. It was by far the most relaxing, best nail experience I have ever had. Told me 5 min till someone will be right with me, then led to another 5 min and I finally was there for two hours. I was just getting a dip manicure. I wouldn't have mind the wait, but my nails turned out hideous! I wanted to cry. She kept starting over and over and I guess she just gave up and left them thick and bumpy looking. She definitely did not know how to do dip. She didn't even shape my nails or anything. I don't know the nail techs name but I will definitely not be going back. The BEST place I've ever gone for nails, environment is clean and quiet & all employees are extremely kind. My cousin & I come here frequently and everyone always is always so sweet! I got super sick in the middle of a fill today and they helped me out and gave me food, water & candy to make me feel better and still didn't even charge me for one of my broken nails. I have never been to a better nail salon and this will definitely be the place we continue going to!! Good stuff. Cool designs and put what I wanted on them. My friends and I had a bet and I told them it doesn't hurt to take acrylics off and they were complaining way too much so I got them and Lv nails did a really solid job. Not cheaply done, they really stayed on there and were extremely hard to pull off. My friends were right, they really do become a part of your natural nail and last a long time. I am delighted to say that it is spotless and the nail tecs. are very consciences with how you want you nails done. If you have an objection, they will redo the color or whatever the problem is. I have been trying new places in Tucson with dip nails. So when looking up LV Nails the pictures of the place were so beautiful and open. I called they got me an appointment right away. It was so welcoming and relaxing in there. Paul was so great and pays attention to detail to get perfect nails. Even did a french tip with dip and a design. I very much recommend this place! I have been in Tucson for a year and have been looking for a nail salon and have been unable to find one I really LOVE!! This is it!! It seems out of the way because it's off Sabino Canyon! Tanque Verde but it's three miles from Grant!! I would highly recommend the pricing is the same as the other salons and they do a phenomenal job! Its not crowded either! My experience here was amazing, I was treated very nice. The treatment I got was very quick and my nails came out just the way I wanted them to. The towel treatment at the end really added to the experience and i felt very relaxed during the whole time. I take my girlfriend to this nail salon regularly. The owner is very conscientious and caring. The employees are very well trained. I know there are some comments on here about one particular employee but I think it's because her English isn't perfect but she does amazing work I would recommend this place to anybody it is excellent and the prices are more than fair. read more

LV Nails is a beautiful clean salon. There is no crowding and it's very peaceful, you can talk or just sit back and enjoy the experience. I alternate between manicures and pedicures but always get my brows waxed! The location is very convenient for me and I enjoy trying different pedicures.
