Too expensive compared to other salons. I thought it wasn't right to be charged the same price as if getting acryillics when I have my own nails. Kept getting infections on my thumb. Found a new salon that is much more reasonable and no infections!!!!! read more

I had a great experience at this nail salon. I am still new to the town so I am trying different places to find which one fits me best. I think I have found it here. The nail salon is very clean and organized. When talking to the owners, they told me that it was a slower season which was why only two of them were working. Since only two of them were working, there was a bit of a wait but I didn't mind. Two other people were also willing to wait which speaks to how loyal their customers are and how good their service is. I liked the care and time Eric took doing my nails. He took the time to clean off the edges after every polish instead of just once at the end. I appreciate the extra care and the conversations were pleasant. Definitely would recommend! read more

This is my favorite place for pedicures. It is so clean. Eric gives a wonderful pedicure.

The Staff at LV nails are very professional. They do good work for a fair price. I get a pedicure from them every month. I have brought my parents and daughter in, and they enjoyed it to. Sometimes they get busy. They try to accommodate everyone and may speed up the process a bit, so make an appointment and avoid the weekends. read more

I used to go to this place all of the time for my nails - until I started to notice how they would be so quick and not take their time and be rushing to get me out of the chair. I started to get irritated by feeling like I am paying a LOT of money for these services only to be treated like a dollar sign. The last straw was I went in around 5 pm on a day the closed at 7 when they didn't have but 2 individuals in the store asking for a full set and a pedicure and being told "Sorry we don't have time for you". So I stopped going to this place for any of their services and stopped recommending them to my family and friends. read more

Had the worst experience! Went for a pedi super disappointed in the turn out. The gentleman that did my pedi was rude rushed through the pedicure messed it up and got upset with me because he had to fix his mistake . I will never be going back! read more

Absolutely awful experience. I was given a price list without any explanation except with different prices different nail polishes were included. Chose the basic pedicure since I am allergic to most lotions and hate the thick look of acrylics. After soaking, old polish removed, and nails trimmed, I was informed I was done. I told them they hadn't filed my feet or removed any callouses. I was told I hadn't paid for that service. I told them the only reason I wanted a pedicure was to get the callouses off my feet and they told me that they razor them off but that was a more expensive procedure. I was so stunned, I paid, TIPPED, and left telling them at the door that I would have to go somewhere else for a real pedicure now. Very poor value for $30, when everywhere else uses files, foot graters or razors and that service is included. Plus my knees are killing me so I will have to wait til Monday to get another pedicure. I called to give them a chance to apologize and hopefully offer to do a real pedicure for the additional charge and was told rudely "You get what you pay for and you pay little" implying I am both poor and cheap. Truly awful customer service. Literally the man only spoke ten words to me, and never even introduced himself. If you want to pay $75 and get some pattern on your nails, this place might be okay, but for an old woman with bad knees who can't bend them to do her own feet, it's a rip off. read more
