They are happy to discuss time, effort, budget, and other factors that go into your style/color. I've gotten haircuts there, color, styling, and have taken my daughter to get her hair cut. When getting shampooed they give a relaxing head massage and then wrap your hair in a nice hot towel before cutting/coloring. Complimentary bang trimming. They also offer different hair products you can purchase. Going there after COVID, they are following all safety guidelines and have appointments appropriately spaced out.
