Absolutely worst nail service. I only wanted polish removed, it was not gel, just regular polish. Attendant used the sanding tool and took off so much nail bed, it will be months before my nails recover. I repeatedly told her it was not gel & ask her to use regular remover. Zero read more

Went here to see how I would like it! Turns out I'll never be returning! It took her longer to clean her station than it did to do these nails. I mean, I could've done better! Worst owner in town and the rudest person you could meet. I have been going to this mail salon since it opened and have been having issues the last 6 months with the owner. She is the one who typically greets the customers as they come in. The last 6 months she has decided to yell at me when I come in. Today I went in knowing I would have to wait but didn't expect what was to greet me at the desk. Linda yells at me and said it be long time-three hours. Well, even if the gal I like does nails and toes it doesn't take 3 hours. She has been doing this to me EVERY time I go in. I pay just like everyone else and I tip better than most, but Linda has her favorite "clientele" and she caters to them and everyone else can take a back burner. It is awful she treats people this way. It shouldn't be our status in society that decides when we get our nails done. It's too bad I'm having to find somewhere else because I love my tech there. She, unlike Linda, is a kind and caring person and does an amazing job. But, I'm done with the nastiness. Why can't she be kind to everyone? There is no need for her to act that way. I've never done anything to her. Maybe she needs to retire and let Billy run the place. At least he is kinder. She is a nasty and mean person. oh and I will be spreading the word that that is not the place to go anymore because people ask me often where to go. My first trip was pleasant. Nail technician "Billy" was helpful and provided good service. My second trip was horrible. The nail technician was curt, rude, and rough. Made me jump twice from the pain. He seemed like he didn't care at all about the person in front of him- just rushed as fast as he could. I will not go back! read more

I searched long and had for the perfect nail salon in Terre Haute and THIS IS IT! The owners are so sweet, they often even greet you with a hug. The hours that they are open are fantastic and make it easy to come in after a day at work. They work extra hard to make sure your manicure is perfect. I prefer to get gel polish and their technique makes my nails stronger and the polish lasts longer than any other time I've had it done. My gel nails always look like acrylics and I get the most compliments! It's always a fantastic experience to come here! read more

I was there on 12/1. The man who did my nails did an awful job. I had a manicure and gel polish (my own nails). The polish lasted less than a week. My nails startes chipping in less than a week. When gel polish is used properly, it does last 2 weeks. As the I watched him applying the polish, I did see the steps skipped. This saves them money and time with no regards to the customer satisfaction. Oh and please come back, sure weekly so the can make more money. No thanks! read more

I have been coming here for at least the past year and getting a gel pedicure. I though my nails needed a break from the grinding off the polish, so I was going to go back to regular polish this winter. They charged me $5 to take off the polish they put in one month ago. I was charged just because I was going to have regular polish put on instead of gel. They charged the extra cost because the just want to make more money off of me. They were rude about it and I got terrible service because I asked questions about why I was being charged even though I had the gel polish out in there. read more

I saw the reviews and thought it was a bad idea, but nothing else close was open so i tried it. It was actually fantastic. i was a walk in, everyone was full, but they managed to get me in a chair and started on an acrylic fill in within 5 minutes. My nail tech (Lee), was respectful & professional and the entire shop was very clean. will definitely be coming back here to get my fills. read more

Very nice manager. My daughter and I got right in and had good service. The gel polish they use is 21 day polish. Hope it lasts that long.

I have been going to this salon for a couple years now and I've had multiple bad experiences. I tend to forgive and forget but today pushed me over the edge. The salon was very busy but the person doing my nails was so worried about watching the door or taking care of other things that she didn't pay attention to what she was doing. Because she wasn't watching my feet, she cut my toes multiple times, didn't cut/trim or clean up my nails really at all and just went through the motions while looking at other stuff. She didn't stay in her chair for more than 30 seconds at a time and then ran away to do something related to something else. She never once asked if I was okay or if everything looked okay. So, my nails still have dead skin around them and weren't trimmed, my toes are cut and burning, and I'm sad about wasting money. On a positive note, she did scrape some dead skin off my heels.
