Amazing service and super sweet tail technicians. My daughter and I were traveling and looking for a place to get a pedicure and eyebrow wax. We called first to get prices (super reasonable!) $30 for a basic pedicure. We walked in and were treated with such care and friendliness. I wish I lived in the area so I could come back regularly! read more

I put a review earlier, but I forgot to add I paid 75$ for a fill with just my nails painted gell & Billy decided to do glitter bc he didn't like the one I had chose & did the actual glitter on my nails instead ... & Got my eyebrows done which is 15. I walked out paying $75 when all I wanted was a 30$ fill & 15$ for my eyebrows to be done..... My index finger he filed down so much that it's a weird shape .. that's your new square round? read more

Absolutely worst nail service. I only wanted polish removed, it was not gel, just regular polish. Attendant used the sanding tool and took off so much nail bed, it will be months before my nails recover. I repeatedly told her it was not gel & ask her to use regular remover. Zero read more

wish I could add the picture of the nails Billy just did. He did an amazing job of my 4 of July nails. I love this place I drive 45 mins to come here. Billy and Todd are my favorites. This place feels like home every time. They have drinks and snacks for the kids and even a small pedi chair for kids too. read more

Went here to see how I would like it! Turns out I'll never be returning! It took her longer to clean her station than it did to do these nails. I mean, I could've done better! I know my nail beds could be more spacious, but they painted my skin! She didn't ever cover my pinky nail! It took her overall 5 minutes! I also paid $20!!! Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. read more

1 Nails - Horrible job for nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Terre Haute, Indiana

Worst owner in town and the rudest person you could meet. I have been going to this mail salon since it opened and have been having issues the last 6 months with the owner. She is the one who typically greets the customers as they come in. The last 6 months she has decided to yell at me when I come in. Today I went in knowing I would have to wait but didn't expect what was to greet me at the desk. Linda yells at me and said it be long time-three hours. Well, even if the gal I like does nails and toes it doesn't take 3 hours. She has been doing this to me EVERY time I go in. I pay just like everyone else and I tip better than most, but Linda has her favorite "clientele" and she caters to them and everyone else can take a back burner. It is awful she treats people this way. It shouldn't be our status in society that decides when we get our nails done. It's too bad I'm having to find somewhere else because I love my tech there. She, unlike Linda, is a kind and caring person and does an amazing job. But, I'm done with the nastiness. Why can't she be kind to everyone? There is no need for her to act that way. I've never done anything to her. Maybe she needs to retire and let Billy run the place. At least he is kinder. She is a nasty and mean person. oh and I will be spreading the word that that is not the place to go anymore because people ask me often where to go. I'll be sure to tell them the reason is because the owner is RUDE! read more

I searched long and had for the perfect nail salon in Terre Haute and THIS IS IT! The owners are so sweet, they often even greet you with a hug. The hours that they are open are fantastic and make it easy to come in after a day at work. They work extra hard to make sure your manicure is perfect. I prefer to get gel polish and their technique makes my nails stronger and the polish lasts longer than any other time I've had it done. My gel nails always look like acrylics and I get the most compliments! It's always a fantastic experience to come here! read more

My first trip was pleasant. Nail technician "Billy" was helpful and provided good service. My second trip was horrible. The nail technician was curt, rude, and rough. Made me jump twice from the pain. He seemed like he didn't care at all about the person in front of him- just rushed as fast as he could. I will not go back! read more

DONT recommend. Would give this place a 0 if I could.. charges $45 dollars for black nails that took him 5 minutes. Barely even touched or cleaned up my nails beforehand, left nail polish on my skin, globby nail polish. 100% could have five better at home.. read more

I was there on 12/1. The man who did my nails did an awful job. I had a manicure and gel polish (my own nails). The polish lasted less than a week. My nails startes chipping in less than a week. When gel polish is used properly, it does last 2 weeks. As the I watched him applying the polish, I did see the steps skipped. This saves them money and time with no regards to the customer satisfaction. Oh and please come back, sure weekly so the can make more money. No thanks! read more

Had a manicure a day ago the polish is already chipping off. While I was getting my manicure the woman doing it was more concerned with what was going on in the salon than my nails. I had to point out the lack of polish on a couple of my nails. read more

I have been coming here for at least the past year and getting a gel pedicure. I though my nails needed a break from the grinding off the polish, so I was going to go back to regular polish this winter. They charged me $5 to take off the polish they put in one month ago. I was charged just because I was going to have regular polish put on instead of gel. They charged the extra cost because the just want to make more money off of me. They were rude about it and I got terrible service because I asked questions about why I was being charged even though I had the gel polish out in there. read more

Went in for a gel mani, in at 10:30 got out at 10:56 so very quick! Vanessa did a really good job with my nails! The store is very cute and they do a fantastic job of keeping it sanitized! Definitely recommend!! read more

I saw the reviews and thought it was a bad idea, but nothing else close was open so i tried it. It was actually fantastic. i was a walk in, everyone was full, but they managed to get me in a chair and started on an acrylic fill in within 5 minutes. My nail tech (Lee), was respectful & professional and the entire shop was very clean. will definitely be coming back here to get my fills. read more

I went here for YEARS, but after going to beauty school I learned how dirty this salon actually is. I actually don't get my nails done at all now. My sister in law also got fungus here on her feet. read more

The gentleman is rude. Walk in together sat together until I am half done and then they moved my daughter Said we needed appt to sit together. Charged extra for gel removal even with a manicure Signs don't say anything about charge. Rude guy (owner) tries to explain very rude Never going back and my nail chipped next day never had acrylics and gel chip read more

Very unhappy with the fill job. Am from out of town . Maybe that is why he did such a poor job. Ridges, chips on the sides and not cleaned up underneath after fill. Do not bother. Find someone else! read more

7/9/19. I went here to get my nails done for my wedding and the service was terrible. The guy could not shape my nails for anything and wouldn't speak to me. He walked away when i asked him to fix the nails that were not even. The manager did not care about how he treated me. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Very nice manager. My daughter and I got right in and had good service. The gel polish they use is 21 day polish. Hope it lasts that long.

They had nice people they just don't know how to do there job! They messed up my nails and almost cut me. I will never go back ever!

I have been going to this salon for a couple years now and I've had multiple bad experiences. I tend to forgive and forget but today pushed me over the edge. The salon was very busy but the person doing my nails was so worried about watching the door or taking care of other things that she didn't pay attention to what she was doing. Because she wasn't watching my feet, she cut my toes multiple times, didn't cut/trim or clean up my nails really at all and just went through the motions while looking at other stuff. She didn't stay in her chair for more than 30 seconds at a time and then ran away to do something related to something else. She never once asked if I was okay or if everything looked okay. So, my nails still have dead skin around them and weren't trimmed, my toes are cut and burning, and I'm sad about wasting money. On a positive note, she did scrape some dead skin off my heels. Every bit counts. read more
