The glaze is already washing out (had this done 4 days ago), I can't put my hair up now, and the color is not even close to what I really wanted. I'm embarrassingly conflict-avoidant, but I spent over 200 dollars for messy color and a cut that I hate. I wish I had known that I would be passed off between staff and stylists and my hair goals dismissed. I expected more from a premier salon. I haven't let anyone at the salon know I'm unhappy because I don't want anyone there touching my hair again. I can't stop thinking about the money I threw away.
