Not just services, but products, color lines, and ingredients! I saw Christine for my massage-- and she's out of this world. She works your muscles very hard if you ask nicely, and will get any kink or incorrect knot out of your back or shoulders in no time. The best service by far though, was my facial from Erin. Her derma-plane skills are the best I've ever seen. My skin came out SUPER soft, zero hairs left. She has great attention to detail and caters every step in the service to you, and your skin. She started applying highlights, but had the receptionist finish them. Marta came over and said she was having someone else cut my hair so she didn't have to rush me color (?). Long story short, I felt rushed and like an annoyance. The glaze is already washing out (had this done 4 days ago), I can't put my hair up now, and the color is not even close to what I really wanted. I'm embarrassingly conflict-avoidant, but I spent over 200 dollars for messy color and a cut that I hate. I wish I had known that I would be passed off between staff and stylists and my hair goals dismissed. I expected more from a premier salon. I haven't let anyone at the salon know I'm unhappy because I don't want anyone there touching my hair again. I can't stop thinking about the money I threw away.
