As for the cut itself, I have to say that I found Rich to be something that I thought was long gone... someone who is into what they do and is simply really good at it. I've always thought of a haircut as a sort of necessary evil, but now that I've found a place where I know I can count on a really good cut and a relaxed atmosphere, I'm really looking forward to becoming a regular.

Apparently a trim to him means taking off more than half of your hair to the point that I can not style my hair the way I wanted too. And as for the mustache "trim", he took off almost the entire mustache and left it completely uneven. I voice my concerns once all is said and done and he accuses me of saying that's exactly what I asked for. I can not even stand to be seen in public right now with how bad of a job he did. And then he tries to tell me that where I've gone before was not a real barbershop and that it was a cosmetology place and I had to explain several times that he is absolutely wrong to no avail. And customer service is terrible. I'm sure he will write a comment back on this trying to explain his side. If you want a decent haircut or mustache trim, go somewhere else.
