A couple run this salon together and both are very kind, sweet, and pleasant folks. Since the pandemic began, it is best to make an appointment as they have fewer staff on hand, but I have never had a problem getting in when I need to have my nails attended. She told me she WILL NOT do that because she won't go back and forth with her current customer. I then asked for another tech to help out. She got ANNOYED and started speaking in her primary language to have someone else come file for me. Then they leave me waiting for ANOTHER HOUR just because they chose to service other people behind me AND keep on PASSING me on also JUDY. So I came and waited 2hours and 30 minutes just for a 2-minute nail fix.
