I first found her Instagram (@daisynails_collierville) and sent her a DM and she responded so fast! Sent her a picture of the nails I wanted and she set up an appointment for me. I even had to change my appointment and she was super friendly about it. I went in and she's renovated the whole place it looks great! I didn't wait for more than a minute before they had me in my chair. Super fast and friendly. I usually don't talk to my nail techs ,I just like to enjoy my manicure but I couldn't help but talk to her she's so sweet and funny. I even ended up talking to other people in the salon it was a great environment! I broke a nail a few days later, totally my fault I smashed it in a book, but I just DM'd her on Instagram and she got me in the next day to fix it! Again super fast and friendly! After an hour, I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes. After two hours, I still had not been seen. I was put in a chair to soak. After soaking for a while, I finally gave up. I love the look of the place. The people being seen seem to enjoy it. However, I really feel that customers should be given a realistic estimate of the wait time and regular updates. If you can't handle a walk in, let me know up front.
