I have been taking my clothes there for about a year. It's under new management and it's only gotten better. The new owner listens to his customers and takes actions! Cleaners are a dime a dozen but I drive like 15-20 minutes thru the McKinley traffic mess to take my stuff there. Supreme customer service and always with a smile. I use park avenue weekly. I wish I could be leaving a great review, but that is not the case today. I picked up my clothing on Monday morning and to my surprise when I got home I noticed that I was missing 3 of my pants. I went back the next day. The owner was very abrasive and confrontational stating that he had given them to me. He argued with me for about 15 mins about how it was my fault. He made me go back home to bring back the original items to show them to him. I showed him all the evidence that maybe he had just forgotten to hand the pants to me. After going back and forth with him, I asked him to just please look through the belt of clothing. He found them 1 minute later. He apologized, but he didn't mean it. I will never come back to this business. Please take this as feedback that sometimes you just need to take Step back and listen. read more

I've been going to Park Avenue Cleaners for 2 years now. Ever since we moved here to Corona. I would give them a zero but I can't. I wished I would of read the reviews before I used them. We probably spent around a couple thousand on there service . I've notice on my shirts there were holes on the bottom front of my shirts. And I explained to them and showed them. They did nothing about it. So when I picked up the last clothes I dropped off. He said I'll be seeing you. And I said no you won't. I have pictures of my shirts. The prices for all the items to be dry cleaned are the cheapest around here. They do a great job and if you take them before 9:00 AM they have them ready the same day without any extra charge. Flexible hours 7 to 7 Mon to Fri. 7 to 5 PM on Saturday. They close on Sundays. read more

Great cleaners! I am a teacher in the area and I get all of my school clothes dry cleaned. This place does a great job for a great price. They ask that you pre-pay, but you get the price break for pre-payment and I'm guessing that is why they can keep the prices so low. read more

Great prices. Really fast service. The pressing is a 4. Overall the reason to use a cleaner is the finished product. If it was a lower quality I would go elsewhere. I get about 5 shirts a week cleaned and pressed. It is fairly convenient for me. If all stays the same I will continue to use this cleaner. LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPTS! Came and got two shirts dry cleaned one XL and one XXL. When I came to pick them up I noticed the receipt had charges for " 2 shirts OVER 3 XL" When I notified the person working his answer was "that's how the machine reads them" ....there is no machine that reads them!! You literally look at the shirts before charging someone wether it be polo , leather , jersey. He refused to pay me the difference, Gonna have to go elsewhere... read more

Dropped off work clothes on Friday. Got a receipt that said they'd be ready after 3pm on Saturday. Waited till Monday morning, figuring I'd get there early, before work. Not a true rebuttal. If you were concerned you would have responded to the numerous times it was brought to your attention that your employee was rude and disrespectful to customers. My family spends over $2000 a year on dry cleaning services. We have since taken our business to another local cleaners in the Vons S/C and received excellent service and respect.
