I've had some good experiences here in the past and several of the nail techs do beautiful work. Unfortunately, during my last visit, my nail beds were cut too deeply, which caused permanent damage -- the pink part of my nails never fully grew back, even after more than a year. Because of this, I won't be returning. I do want to acknowledge that many of the staff are skilled and kind, but I recommend caution since one or two may not be as careful, and the consequences can be lasting. read more

I've been to this salon many times and was one of their first customers when they opened before the pandemic. They had great service before with beverages, snacks, flower petals in the foot bath, good customer service. Sadly, like with many businesses, the service declined as they got busier. I stopped going here several months ago because I had a particularly bad experience. I called to make an appointment as I always do, and even told them my timing was flexible. When I arrived for my appointment (a few minutes early even), they had just accepted a walk-in. I ended waiting 30 min just to get my pedicure started! They didn't apologize or offer anything to remedy the situation. And when I checked out, they told me tip was mandatory even if I had a bad experience. I had such a nice experience here! Cindy took care of my gel manicure and she did such a great job! She took her time, was very sweet, checked in on me a few times and really made sure I got desired shape and color. I loved her work and would love to come back. I asked for an extra 10 min hand massage and I did not regret it. The whole atmosphere there was so relaxing, professional and I could tell that all the workers put their best effort into what they do. They all used clean instruments, the massage chairs were actually massaging and relaxing (and not just beating you up, lol) , and in general, I had a wonderful time. Uyen is the owner of this new establishment. This place opened 3 months ago. She's friendly and soft spoken, makes you comfortable. I requested for a gel manicure with removal of previous one and shortening of my nails. She's quick and efficient, and precise. My nails came out perfect with no bubbles or zagged borders that sometimes you get from a bad nail technician. I'm extremely impressed with her time management skills. She told her client that she will be done with my nails in 30 minutes (beginning to end) and that's exactly what happened! I keep hearing nail salons provide estimates that are inaccurate and you wait an additional 20+ minutes. This place is not like that! I will definitely come again. I really want to love this place. The location is great, the technicians are always so friendly, and they have my favorite color gel by OPI '#72'. However... H o w e v e r.. I ALWAYS get ingrown toenails from this place. Not anywhere else, from the million pedicures I've had. The technicians here spend minutes (seems like hours) getting the skin around my toes and then round/cut the nail down towards the skin. I always say to just file but no.. they take that cuticle clipper and go to town until my toes are r a w. I had an ingrown toenail on both sides on BOTH TOES once. Even on my little toe??? Which didn't think was possible. I can't come here anymore, hurts my soul but I got my nails done yesterday and have thee worst one yet! Can't justify the price for torture I keep enduring giving this place another chance. Plus it took t w o h o u r s for gel mani/pedi on a Thursday. At 10AM. Ugh! I had an appointment for a bikini wax and a pedicure - made more than a week ago. I walked in and nobody was available to help me. So I waited and I waited. Finally they said we'll do your pedicure first. That doesn't make a ton of sense but ok. The pedicure was beyond mediocre - like she fully colored outside the lines and didn't clean it up.
