If she has not and you do not have availability to watch your pet, I strongly suggest you choose another groomer. This is the only groomer I have ever had an issue with in my pet's 11 years. "Luxury" Paws Groomer arrived 10 minutes late, and I had to reach out to ask for an ETA. Her response was simply, "Hello Rabekah, I'm on my way now, we will see you soon," with no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. This caused us to run late for our errands. Later, her boss called to give me a five-minute heads-up that she was almost done, and when we weren't immediately home, he repeatedly called, even while I was processing payment with her. The results were extremely disappointing. Enzo still had mats under his belly that she was supposed to brush out but didn't. He's been scooting on the carpet excessively because she trimmed too close near his anal area, and he's been scratching his ear so much that it started bleeding due to multiple razor cuts. I discovered Luxury Paws after #snomageddon2021. My boys had started to look a bit like the Abominable Snowman during the snowstorm. Luxury Paws is a mobile grooming company that tbh, I have never heard of, but so glad I did! The site to book and register your pups is user-friendly and professionally made, however could use some work with management. I had to send Tania my pups information 3 times (I have two), and so it felt inefficient in this manner. In addition, even though we had to reschedule our appointments due to a personal issue, Tania was flexible and saw our boys a few days after. We will never go back to a brick and mortar groomer. We have a quarantine puppy and while he's gotten so much better over the last year, he doesn't like being away from home or around too many people at once. I also hate when we take him to a groomer and he's there for 4+ hours I'm sure just sitting in a cage. Beware of toxic chemical smells from fake perfumes that not only get on your dog but will stick in your clothes, bed, couch, etc until washed. This isn't a complaint about the service as much as it is about having to wash my clothes, bedding and my dog because of this reeking artificial perfume smell that got so strong we had to leave the room we were in. The fact that the smell stayed in the clothes and bedding was shocking. I pay good money to this service to make my life convenient. They created a bunch of extra work I had not anticipated. Thank goodness my dog wasn't on our carpet or couch because I would have had to get a carpet cleaner to remove the smell. These chemicals cannot be safe for animals and are really unpleasant to breathe. I don't even have a sensitive nose and use tide and gain and scented detergents. So if you can make me gag I can't imagine what it would be like for sensitive people. Stay away! read more

We got service by this company and it was nowhere near satisfactory. They do not follow directions. They also do notnfollow their own services descriptions. We have a mixed breed double coat large dog they buzzed after explicitly telling them multiple times only trim DO NOT buzz. They mutlilated her fur down to the base coat. They didnt trim her paws or behind her ears. They also did not brush the teeth of our other dog or trim his paws. The only thing they did right was a bath for our baby husky. But that somehow took an hour and a half long! She doesnt even have her second coat yet! It took an hour and a half for a basic bath. 2 hours for a light trim on a short hair dog, and an hour on the large dog because they didnt want to deal with her double coat so they buzzed her. Steer clear of these crooks and beware their lack of quality service. These are not trained dog groomers. read more

This was my first time using LuxuryPaws and they were amazing and left my babies looking cute. I just love that they come to your home in their van and when they are done they bring them right back to your door I atrás of having to wait for hours to groomers to call you when your dog is ready to be picked up. My dogs are both sick and one of them he's old and has heart disease so she made sure to check and see if there was anything she needed to be aware of or do to not stress my baby. First they shaved my yorkie bald, leaving razor burn and cuts, on top of being traumatized. When I told them, and asked for my money back, they offered me a free bath and face trim!! Are you serious? Like I would ever let them go near my bay again. Then when I asked to speak to the manager or owner she asked me to send pictures as if I was lying, I work in a restaurant and if a guest tells me they had a bad experience I am doing whatever it takes right away to turn it around. It's called trusting what your customers are telling you to be the truth. I was at work when she asked for pictures so when I finally got home and sent them, there was no reply answering back for the whole day. Now it felt like they were avoiding me. Finally today after 3 full days of my dog suffering with razor burn and hair so short on his ball that it pricks him and makes him jump out of nowhere she refunded the tip of $20- yes I tipped but I also let her know I tipped out of politeness , not because she did a good job. I'm still waiting for my refund for the actual groom. I think she refunded it, but I can't read Spanish so I do t understand what the picture is that she sent. I think it's a refund. And then the lady has the o audacity to ask if I could change my review on Yelp!! Sure I changed it, the first one was more brief. She says this was an isolated incident, but I have found multiple other reviews of the same thing, somebody's baby getting butchered. Of course I found these after. It was my puppy's first cut so I was a little selective with the groomer I wanted. They came to my home and took care of him in their mobile truck. Tania did an amazing job and listened to everything I needed plus offered her expertise with my golden doodle's specific coat and how to take care of his fur.
