Either the cut wasn't right, or my dogs clearly didn't feel comfortable--pulling away, trying to leave, or refusing to go back the next time. Zoey's Paw Friends changed everything. From the second Kelly pulled up with her mobile grooming van, my Frenchies were calm, curious, and totally at ease. Both of my French Bulldogs got pampered today and came out looking and smelling amazing. One of my girls recently had a serious surgery, and I let Kelly know she needed a very careful, post-surgery bath. Kelly handled her like a true professional--gentle, patient, and super mindful of her sensitive areas. My girl was literally all smiles afterward. The little finishing touch with the bow/crown was hilarious and adorable at the same time. You can tell Kelly genuinely loves dogs and takes real pride in her work. The whole experience was stress-free, convenient, and way more personal than any grooming shop I've tried in Austin. I read all the great reviews on Yelp about Zoey's and decided to try mobile groomimg. Sweet Debora from Zoey's turned up and immediately bonded on my floor with Benjamin. I told her to do her best and not force him into anything as I wanted to regain trust for future grooms. She was calm, sweet and gentle and after 2 hours my boy was returned to me, happy, gorgeous and groom exactly how I asked her to do. I am very very happy with how well the de-shedding worked for my dog, I have noticed a huge difference in her shedding. Before I couldn't even pet her without getting a handful of hair and I was having to wash my sheets twice a week because the amount of hair coming off of her was unbelievable. She slept on the sheets last night and there is of course still hair left behind because let's face it dogs just shed, but it is very little compared to before. The team is always super helpful and my dog always looks great. Price is solid. They are also great with scheduling and flexible with my schedule. Pup always seems happy and well taken care of! We dropped off on a Saturday and got a call Wednesday night that our 14 month old was found passed away in her kennel. We picked both our girls up and got a necropsy done. Our 3 year old was in bad shape with sores on her, covered in urine and 6.5 pounds lighter. We later found out that our 14 month old died from dehydration and possible starvation. She had absolutely no food in her stomach or even small intestines. Please stay clear and protect your fur babies. We have asked for refund and have not gotten it.
