I went to Luxury Nails for a pedicure. The staff is courteous and professional. I think they are reasonably priced. There is ample parking. I've been going for three years now. read more

I cannot believe how bad my nails look. They are chunky and awful and he said he had to charge me extra for long nails, but my nails are clearly not long. They're normal... charged me extra for coffin but they're clearly square. he didn't clean up the edges so they're catching on everything! some of them are crooked at!!! Don't ever go to this place!!! Negative 5 stars!!!! read more

Ok I'm back. I've been coming here for about 15 years now. We lived in Blacklick when I started coming here and now we're in Westerville and they're so good I still make the drive! They have a ton of colors, the technicians are all good and they're all very personable and most importantly,it's very clean. During the pandemic, you had to wear a mask and they took your temperature upon entry. Now that most people are vaccinated, they don't require that anymore. After we moved, I tried a few other nail salons but I always returned back here. They take appointments and walk-in Monday thru Thursday, walk-in only on Friday and Saturday and they're closed on Sunday. Hey! Everyone needs a day off!! Try them! I'm sure you will be pleased!! I certainly have been!! read more

Had a young girl do my nails. No idea her name. She was so so slow. She kept messing with her iPods and checking her phone constantly. I showed her several times that my thumb nail was not even. She argued it was. Then when she couldn't fix it, she said my thumb was crooked lol. I said, You are telling me this is like this because my thumb is crooked???? She said yes. I pulled out a photo of my nails done previously and showed her my perfectly manicured straight thumb nails. She ignored it. I was charged 50.00 and she didn't fix it or ask anyone else there to fix it. read more

I've been here multiple times in the past and it's been okay. Not the worst and definitely not the best, just close to home. At this moment, I am perched on the side of the pedicure chair for the last 15 minutes. I waited nearly 90 minutes to be completely ignored? Is it too much to ask that SOMEONE fill the basin to soak? The only communication from the staff was to choose a polish and then sit in the empty pedicure chair, 20 minutes ago. No acknowledgement since then though three other pedicures in process and one person hanging out. There are plenty of nail salons that want your business, this isn't one of them. Visit one that cares and communicates with their customers. Finishing this review from the car after walking out, and no one said a word. I won't be back. read more

I went on like a Tuesday. Had the lady at #2 station. She didn't ask what type of pedicure i wanted just sat me down and started doing a pedicure. They should ask concerns what type of pedicure you want etc. so at this point idk what the hell I'm paying for. My nails turned out nice, i got dip. They do not have a large dip powder color selection. Extremely limited. This place seems a little sketchy in. Many ways. So when the lady at #2 checked me out my total was $90.and change. My husband had to bring my wallet to me cause i changed purses (i live 4 mins away) so i sat and waited for him to bring my wallet (THEY DONT HAVE APPLE PAY it's 2024 ppl) when he pulled to the door i walk out to grab my wallet from him. He was in a meeting for work he couldn't get out the car. I come back in to pay and all of sudden the man from station #1 rings me out and it's $97.and change now. How did my total go up?!!!!!!!!! They barely speak English so when i asked idk what the fuck he even said. I wanted to ask the lady to ring me out but i didn't want to cause a scene. I'm black, I'm a woman and i left my wallet so already had strikes against me. Plus they had regulars there and seemed to treat them better with customer service. All the not busy employees just fucking state at you the entire appointment. So rude and uncomfortable ADVISE AGAINST THIS PLACE DUE TO SHADY PRACTICES. read more

So I was just in the neighborhood and my 7yr old niece asked me to paint her nails when we got back to my house butttttttt I didn't feel like it so I said let me stop at a nail salon so she can get them done! SHE WAS SO EXCITED!!!! she said it smelled funny when she walked in (never been to a nail salon) and everyone laughed. The employees was really nice and explained how much everything was! It was $6 to get her nails polished. She got to pick out her own color, which was hard because she loved all of them. The place was well clean. It was a little busy for a Saturday morning but we didn't have to wait that long maybe 15 mins before we was called back. The prices aren't that expensive but read more

I have been going to another salon for over 10 years. I used to go to this salon before that. Now I know why I stopped going here. Had to get a pedicure and balance and couldn't get to my regular salon. The older man did my service and he was argumentative from the get go. Asked for eyebrow waxing and he was adamant that they have never done waxing there. Guess I am crazy because I have had my eyebrows done there although it was many years ago. He did not want to take the time to do my pedicure right and said I needed to see a doctor about why my big toe was hurting. Funny, my regular pedicurist trims the dead skin and my toe doesn't hurt. He used a polish that I told him looked thick. Oh no, he said, it's not. My thumbnail polish pealed off the next morning. He obviously doesn't know how to do nails. Now, my balance is ruined and I will have to live with this mess until I can get back to my regular salon. What a waste of money. My advice - Go anywhere but here... read more

Decent: I was going to another salon much further from my home when someone convinced me to try this place out. I have been here 5-6 times since then, it's not amazing but it's also not the worst. It is in a convenient location with a lot of parking. The wait for service has never been too bad, even on a Saturday I only waited about 30 minutes. There are a few nail techs who work there who are awesome. I can't remember their names unfortunately. There is also one or two who are really bad. There is one older gentleman who works there who cut me multiple times after I told him my cuticles are sensitive. No apology, he didn't even add the drops to my cuts to stop the bleeding just kept going. I'll keep going back for now because it is convenient and quick. read more

I feel bad having to change my previous 5 star review. However, it's very necessary. Since my review this place has took a turn down hill. This place smells awful. Ventilation is not good here. The staff is not very courteous or well trained. I acquired a very bad fungus due to their unsanitary conditions. I noticed that the nail technicians did not sterilize their tools in between or change them in between clients. I had to go elsewhere to get the fungus cleared up. It took a longtime to get my nails healthy again. read more

This location might not be super pretty (don't get me wrong, it's not gross at all, just not as nice as others) but oh my gosh I got the most amazing pedi of my life. I swear he massaged each foot and my legs for a solid 10 minutes EACH. I was almost falling asleep in my chair. Now I understand why the wait was so long lol but I'm not complaining now that I know how nice the extra massage attention is in this location. Fair prices and really nice staff. It's usually busy so expect a wait - but they are not slow by any means and do quality work. read more

Worst place ever to do nails. I'm writing this review from my husbands account. I went to this place and they were constantly talking loud without stopping. Each time they talk in their Chinese , they would laugh as if they were talking about us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Nails quality was 2/10 , it didn't stayed for a week. Never go here, don't waste your money and energy. This is probably the worst place ever .. read more

I had to ask them to remove the polish because it looked lumpy and would not dry. They would not issue me a refund They made me pay in advance so I could not refuse. They would not fix them. If it would be possible to give zero stars I would due to the extreme disrespect for my time that was shown. I will never give this place my business, and recommend others to do the same. read more

My first time at Luxury nails and I got my nails removed and a gel manicure. Hiu did a great job and was very friendly and got me in and out within the hour which I appreciate. Loved the hand massage and felt the price was great! Very convenient location next to Target and I am excited to have found a spot close to home that is clean, affordable, and has great customer service. read more

I would not recommend going there I am a nailbiter I do not need to be told by anyone that I should not bite nails not good! I asked for squovel shape and yes I needed them short they were short thick and very stubby looked awful I asked her to please slim them out and make them more round was told that will be $5 extra if I needed them round. she said they needed to be thick because I had short nails! i know that's not true. She painted my nails pink because I was getting the French manicure she hand painted the white on which looked terrible. So disappointed and I will definitely never go back again read more

I'm in from out of town and decided to go for a mani/pedi. I'm very particular, so read this review with a grain of salt. The staff was very, very nice, but unfortunately I was not happy with the service. It felt very rushed, my cuticles were not cleaned up properly, and the shape is not what I asked for. Not to mention, I think $60 is very expensive for a classic mani/pedi and the service I received. I do not mind paying extra for good service, but it was not worth it whatsoever. read more

***To the men... Consider this as an example of hiring a contractor to do work for you. Technically your barber, chiropractor, Doctor, massage therapist, are all contractors. People you hire to perform a service. I can cut my own nails. I choose to hire someone to do a better, more professional job once in a while. They have tools and skills that I do not wish to invest in. Relax, and enjoy it. You will not be sorry you tried it. Then you will find a reason to go again. We have been coming here for years. We may try something else, but always come back. You should first know there are no appointments. Walk-in only. Closed Sundays. Located in a strip plaza connected to Target and Office Max. Plenty of parking in the lot. I primarily use them for pedicures and the occasional manicure for special events. My wife loves the selection and quality of nail polish. For me it's just the clear polish. Evening hours are best to get in, and get the best service. Now she feels the men do the best job, and maybe that is why they are up front doing the manicures. I always get the women for the pedicures. Standard foot bath and massage chairs with remote control face a TV. I believe there were 7 chairs. After visiting the Polaris Comfort Zone, I can assure you that this is a circulation massage, not a foot massage. My feet always look great, and get some much needed special attention. Prices are very reasonable. It's reasonable, that we often pick up a gift certificate to give. *You may see my toe photo, after 24 hours, I was unsatisfied with the look of my smiley face. I went back 2 days later and expressed my dislike. Without haste, they took me back, removed the old, and put on new. Great customer service. read more

They do not know how to do solar nails or acrylics. Do not waste your money.

Son or nickname (Sky) did my nails and pedicure today. He is fantastic, I have been getting this done for years and he does by far the best of anyone that has ever done themhappy camper hereI would highly recommend him. He just started at this location recently. He will probably be very busy when people find out about him. I was there on a Tuesday and not busy but he said towards of end of week and Sat. it will be. They are closed on Sunday. He may not talk much but that's ok ~ he's focusing on the job! I had the pink and white and I liked he doesn't put those artificial incerts in the end (just uses the powder). The cost was less than where I went before. My toes tend to build up skin and calluses he took all that off ~ they feel so much better. Where I had been going never took enough off. read more

This place is horrible. I try to give them a second chance because my first experience was all bad. But the second experience was even worse... Left polish on my toes and tried to paint over it for my pedicure I finally got fed up up and just told them to take it off and they still tried to charge me a full amount for a horrible job-- I was furious. It's clear no one here gives a hoot. DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE read more

I decided to give this place another chance last night and went in for a gel manicure. The man that did my nails was extremely nice, but he was done in about 25 minutes. When I was greeted, I was told to sit in one chair. They then asked me to move to a different seat. They then moved me to a different station for a third time. After my gel nails were completed, I got home and the edge of my thumbnail broke off. Not even 3 days later, a different finger nail broke off on the side as well. I won't be going back to this salon; as I feel the quality and customer service skills were poor. read more

Absolutely horrible! The nail technicians were rude and treated me unkindly like I wasn't about to pay for my services. Refused to do my nails because she said they were too long. Stopped in to Luxury Nails for the first time for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I'm not particularly specific in how my nails are done, but for me their technicians did a fantastic job. "Luxury" is an overstatement when it comes to this nail shop. Employees were rude. The man that did my nails complained that I wanted sculpts. He didn't clean the table before I sat down so there was nail dust all over it from the previous client. They don't lay a towel down or anything for you to rest your hands. Just a crusty, unsanitary table. I asked for stiletto nails and he had clearly never done them before. He left them rounded at the tip and he drilled so deep under the nail that they all snapped off a week later. He didn't ask if I was satisfied. He didn't buff my nails. He didn't apply cuticle oil. He just didn't care and that's sad. Put some love into your work, man! I will never go back and I will warn all of my friends and my salon clientele to steer clear of this place!!!! read more
