The old management was way much better than the new one. The new guy is too much of a showoff. When I came in, I didn't see any of the old workers so I guess that says something. My nails came out just mediocre. Not recommended. read more

This place is very clean compared to most nail salons I've been to. I will be coming back again, the workers are very friendly

I have stopped by the salon several times, and never actually had anything done. So I don't really have anything to say about the kind of job they do, only that they always seem to be so busy that they can't help you. Since there are only 2 people being helped in there at one time, i'm not even sure how this place is still in business. Get your moneys worth, and actually get a manicure and pedicure done in Sherwood at four seasons. read more

I do not plan to return to this nail salon. The shellac manicure was sloppy and I had to point out to the gentleman that he had gotten polish all over my cuticles. Instead of removing the polish he got out the cuticle cutter and proceeded to cut my cuticles even more. He nicked my fingers a few times and actually caused some pain as he used the nail file too aggresively. As I sat and watched him apply the polish I noticed all of the tools were dirty and the various bottles of remover, cotton, etc could use a good cleaning. Thought I would give them a try, but one experience has turned me off to their services. I will never go back to this "luxury" salon. read more

I dropped in for a pedicure. They did a nice job. The staff was friendly. It was very clean and pleasant.

I got white-tip nails from the older woman. They were uneven across the top, had bubbles and there was a large gap between the white tip and my actual nail underneath. I tried filling it with glue myself at home but it didn't work and they ended up getting things stuck inside. It was gross and they looked awful. She left glue and gunk all over my fingers and underneath. Very bad job. I decided to give them a second chance with a pedicure and ended up leaving with blue-stained toes! Have been going to Luxury for pedicures since leaving Lovely Nails. They changed hands and were upselling extremely aggressively. Luxury offers a Deluxe Pedi that is heavenly and their reg Pedicure pretty darn awesome as well. My daughter and I have been going here for a couple years and have had nothing but good experiences. read more

HORRIBLE customer service. They make you feel awkward when you come in and act like you are an inconvenience.

I have given this nail salon many chances, as my regular nail lady takes a 3 month vacation each year. At first Kevin was very nice, but once he realized that I showed loyalty to my regular nail lady at Lovely Nails (who he is not fond of), he was not friendly at all. The last time I went he proceeded to argue with me regarding the Newberg Dundee bypass plans, which may or may not have been a misunderstanding. This time he said my nails looked terrible, when I replied with yes I know, I waited 3 weeks, he went on to say "no, it was a bad nail job." I said, "I came here last time," and he replied, "it was the time before." I went onto say, "that's why I'm here to get them fixed up," he then said, "I don't have time." I asked if I should go elsewhere, and he said I misunderstood him. He did finish my nails, and they look good, but I won't be back. I don't need to spend my money being treated this way, when there are nail salons on almost every corner. read more
