I've always received good service for both manis and pedis. My only complaints is sometimes the wax is a bit on the warm side for waxing....never been burned...just use caution. They have changed ownership a few times over the years...as do most places. I like the SNS nails. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. I'll be back. read more

My friend and I went here last weekend- her for gel mani/pedi and me for a gel mani. I arrived before she did to an empty nail salon. I informed them I was waiting for someone, yet, I was rushed to pick out a color. I got through just a few gel colors before my hand was ripped away by the man starting to file my nails. Although there was nobody in the salon, they would not let me wait 5 minutes for my friend. The man was very short and quite rude. I felt extreme uncomfortable. Once my friend arrived, she wasn't permitted any time to choose colors and was rushed to a chair. The man who painted on my gel polish did a horrible job and kept trying to correct it by digging his fingernail around my cuticles to wipe off the polish on my skin. My friend's pedicure was good; however, her French tip mani was horrific. Her nails were crooked and there was a crack in one. When we checked out up front to pay, she pointed out the crack to the owner. Her manicurist ran up front to defend herself. Finally after a thorough study of the crack, the owner asked another manicurist to fix the crack. The owner ran my debit card for $25 and I have her a cash tip for the man who did my mani. Once we got out of there, my friend pointed out her bleeding cuticles and I noticed my nails looked like a 2 year old painted them. We decided that we would never return to this salon. I know that nail salons are hit and miss, but this was by far the worst. On top off it all, my pending $25 charge just showed up as a $77 charge. I will definitely be disputing this charge and feel disgusted that they would try to steal $52 from me after they gave me a terrible manicure. read more

The employees here are very nice and welcoming. My friend and I enjoyed our mani and pedis. Had a lot of options with varying prices so we could find what we wanted. Pedicure was absolutely amazing. Massage chairs are super comfortable! The only problem was I felt the woman who did my nails and toes wasn't fairly great at doing the flowers. I was hoping for better flowers on my nails but she kept trying and re-did them a couple of times so that made me happy. I will be back! Thank you! read more

Decided to treat myself to a pedicure... Sadly dissapointed. My big toe nail was cut really short and was cut diagonally. I wouldn't even cut my own toe nails like that. I expect a professional to make my nails look good. Also, she didn't spend a lot of time doing the rough scrubby thing on the bottoms of my feet, that's my favorite part. Positives: salon was clean and had good ambiance. The foot massage was awesome and my lady spent a lot of time on my massage. read more

I have been here a few times because I always like to give places a fair chance. First time I did a gel manicure and it wasn't good at all. I had to ask her to re trim my cuticles because she hadn't trimmed them at all. She rushed through about as fast as she could and the paint job was very poor as well. I came back to try a pedicure. The pedicure itself was alright. The polish on my toes looked awful and I wish I would have taken a photo. I'm sitting here now trying to give this place ONE last chance and this is by far the worst experience. There are only 2 ladies here on a Saturday. I had to sit in the chair with my feet in cold water for 30 minutes before anyone was able to service me. Usually pedicures take about 45 min to an hour. It's been 15 minutes and she is almost done. Not relaxing, she didn't push or trim my cuticles, and the massage was literally 2 minutes a leg. This is the fastest most horrific pedicure I have ever had unfortunately I have the same lady every time. She is the older lady who must run the place. I am 7 months pregnant and came in for a nice relaxing treat for myself and I 100% will never come back. read more

Friendly new ownership. Little disappointed it took close to 2.5 hours for a new set and a pedicure and I was the only person in. Price was a little high for my liking. 80 with tip for a full set and pedicure. Did a standard French tip acrylic set and French tip pedicure. My full set was uneven and grew out pretty gross. Sad as it was my go to close to the house. Have found a new place! read more

I loved this place for a year! The other daughter duo was so relaxing. Music was perfect, quiet, nice aroma. I had no clue when I came for my regular visit that everyone was gone. The lady that took care of me was very nice, BUT an older man came in and every time someone asked about Lynn, they changed the story. Basically she moved to California and left her business. I liked the salon because it was woman, no men trying to be funny. Now they use bleach and have Dr Phil on, it is not relaxing. I do the dip, the lady was nice she massaged my hands however I noticed how she did the product was different and after 5 days all my top coat was gone. So I waited 8 days went back and was shocked I paid another $45. $45 every two weeks was crazy. I went back a second time because the lady seemed nice, although the other men and older man were annoying, they stood over this lady and talked and kept distracting her. When I went back I got a man, who tried to have a sense of humor, also he did not use UV, and only used a fan. Didn't do the oil in my cuticle either. He could tell I was annoyed so he came to register and did it there. He also didn't give me change he assumed the extra was his tip. He had gotten a call from a woman and wanted me gone. This place was convenient and I really like the idea of a small quiet spa that I got to relax for an hour. I guess I will be searching again. read more

First the good . . .The ladies that work there are very nice, and they were able to get my mom, me and daughter in at the same time without an appointment. Now the bad . . . We were originally just going to get their basic pedicure for $25. However my heals needed callous remover and so did my daughters and moms, which was going to cost $7 extra so the lady said if you upgrade to the deluxe pedicure for $35 you get the callous remover and a hot stone massage. We all went for the upgrade and what a waste of money! The pedicure was so minimal it doesn't look like my toes have even been recently done (my mom and daughter feel the same). The massage (the reason we all get pedicures) was just rubbing lotion on no actual massage and then a swipe of the hot stone. The callous remover (the reason we upgraded) was put on and them immediately scrubbed off. Because my heals were so bad I asked her to use the "cheese grater" type file to get off the dead skin and told her she could be fairly aggressive with it. She barely put any pressure on and NO dead skin was removed. My heals feel exactly as they did when I went in (both my mom and daughter had the same experience). Then to add insult to injury I was charged an extra $5 because she had to remove my gel polish which she never mentioned this extra charge until I paid. NONE OF US WILL RETURN TO THIS SALON. read more

I went in there a few days ago to have my SNS nails done, they have changed management and I was not aware. Everything seemed to be done properly until the top coat. They put a top coat on that required the use of a UV light to cure it. NOT supposed to need that with SNS nails. It has already chipped, leaves me wondering if all the liquids they used where the correct ones and how long this will last. Price also went from $40 to $45. Other SNS nails from this salon have lasted me for 3 weeks that were done by the previous owner. Skeptical. read more

Had an amazing experience here. Went one night close to closing to see their hours for the next day. Lynn took me in and said she can do now. She introduced me to SNS colours and I didn't regret it. Eventho it was way past closing she took her time and did a great job. My nail beds are small so most the time when my nails are done they look like little chic-lets. She made my nails look real and shaped them beautifully. I told her the colours I liked and she worked her magic. I will come here all the time now! read more

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately got the worse gel manicure I've ever had. It was not neat at all, it ended up on my skin and all over my cuticles. Two days later, it started to peel. I went back to see if they could redo them, they said they could fix them. I sat down to a dirty table while she cut and filed the gel but kept getting my skin and cuticles. The touch ups of polish were worse than the original coats and then I was sprayed with alcohol on my cuts and broken skin. When I said "ow, that hurts" I was told "Yes, alcohol. It's good for you."
