The owner told me a price that it would be we come in with 11 girls and every person price overcharged us us extra because one girl got extra color very disappointed in this do not recommend plus it's not sanitary. when we were giving them our money twice a month three different houses which had 11 girls at each hOuse. I had my feet done at this nail salon twice within the last two months. I take care of my feet in between that time because I am not able to get it done as often as I would like. Initially, I was satisfied with the work but today my toe nail began to come off revealing a potential infection (going to urgent care to verify). One week update for these horrible nails, two broke two days later because she didn't do the actual fill of the back of the nail because she was rushing all the nails I can see large gaps of space of where they're going to break also still looking at the nails, they were not smooth They are lumpy on the surface. Very disappointed This salon used to be a happy, bustling environment and now it is depressing and unprofessional. I called prior to coming in to see a specific tech and they ended up being double booked with me there. Decided to have my tips taken off and get a gel manicure from her and pedicure done by someone else, but it was rushed and extremely painful. My nails were ripped almost down to the skin and bleeding in some places. Not sure if it was from nervousness, but the tech was giggling the whole time while I was verbally expressing I was in pain. She then wanted to continue to file my already paper thin nails down with a drill and continue the manicure while her other appointment was there waiting for her. Needless to say I stopped her from doing more damage and left after paying. Will not be returning. read more

I came in for a dip gel manicure and small white flower designs. I previously had SNS powder nails. Instead of soaking them off, the nail tech here shaved half off with a Dremel and ripped off the other half by shoving an extension nail tip in between the powder and my nail and yanking it off. This broke about 7 of my natural nails. Like legitimately broken, i was on the verge of tears. He shaved some of my nails down so much that they became paper thin and now bend in ways they shouldn't. I verbally said "ow" and he replied "oh it burns? Let me know whenever it hurts." He didn't shape my nails in any way or even actually gave me a manicure. He applied the dip gel right away and didn't even cover the whole nail. He put one flower, with random yellow, each on two of my nails and that was it. I had to ask one of the ladies in front to try to fix it and she reapplied the top coat of like three of my nails. This is easily the worst manicure i have ever gotten and my natural nails are now ruined. The pictures don't even show half the damage done. All for $60. It is going to take me months for my nails to recover. read more

I'm very disappointed, don't waste your time and money. I don't normally write reviews but I hope that I can save someone the pain. They straight up rip your nails off!! Instead of grinding off my old gel they ripped them off by shoving an acrylic tip under my nail. They literally ripped off my friends actual nail and made her bleed!!! They don't listen to what you want and do what THEY want unless you ask 30 times. My nails turned out uneven because lack of detail. Great selection of polish, very clean. But needs work on customer service. Some of the women can be very unprofessional. They won't talk to you, they talk over you to other nail techs and on their phone in their language. Needs improvement on communication with customers. I never really do these reviews but I am very upset and I would not like for someone else to go thru the same thing I called before going at 5:35pm to ask if there was a wait for a full set, they said no but I had to get there soon. Understood that, arrived at 5:50pm. I walk in, no one greets me, I stand there for a few minutes and finally someone asks what I'm there for, I tell them and sit. I waited 35 minutes patiently seeing they were busy and finally I get up and ask how much longer it would be otherwise I can come back another day, a lady with a very long face and mad I even asked says10 minutes (mind you I asked nicely) I work in customer service so I try not to be rude and be understanding. Waited the 10 minutes and at 6:35pm I walked out of there not getting anything done. I understand they are busy but that's the reason I called. They can just say how long it will be and at that point I will decide if I go another day, but don't make me sit there for almost an hour. Will not go back. read more

So first of all when i walked in there was nobody at the front desk. So i was standing there awkwardly. waiting until somebody came. they told me to put my name on the list. so he shows me to a desk. ( they have about 4 rows of 3 desks each? and i was at row 2 desk 2. ) so he tells me that i'm going to get my toes done first so i'm like whatever it doesn't really matter. So i should say now there were some really good things about the nail salon. the lady who did my toes was Fabulous she did an amazing job she offered everything and more than most nail techs do. she was patient with me everything. and then it all went down hill, because she didn't specialize in Acrylics. from what i could tell she only did feet. so she sent me to a man i don't know his name but he had glasses and was kind of chubby. so everything was fine he was being a little rough but i've dealt with worse so it was like ‍. and then he started painting my nails (the green colour) first of all he didn't ask me what shape i wanted so i got squares even though i wanted coffins and he cut them shorter than i asked. so anyways he was painting and doing his thing and then my nail smudged onto the gel machine (i wasn't getting gel it was just on the table) and he YELLED at me. " what are you doing" "this is what happens when you do this " (whilst putting my hand in my face) so anyways he sends me to the drying station. so it begins to dry and it's becoming wrinkled.
