I'm posting this review on behalf of my cousin. She went to get her nails done here on 3/31/22 and she showed them the picture provided but coffin shape with the gold underneath. Clearly that is not what she got. She paid $75 (including tip). The green doesn't match with the picture, the shape is terrible, and the tip is too far down when it should have been up more. She asked for the green to go up more but they failed to do what she had politely asked for. It's a simple design and they did not do a good job. I do not recommend this place. read more

I have been traveling for several weeks and needed a pedicure and SNS. My friend and I stopped by this salon near Marshalls. There was already 1 lady in the pedi chair and they took us right away. My pedicure was ok, but after i left and looked at the polishing job it was awful - a two year old could have done better. SNS - was so bad - and she drilled right thru one of my nails to the skin underneath. Instead of putting enough acetone to soak the product off she drilled most of it off which I told her I did not like. She put 10 coats of dip powder on after me telling her I did not want them so thick- they were not even the powder was all over my fingers, under my nails, ragged everywhere little pieces of "something" on my finished nails. My nails have dips and smears on them It is absolutely the worst job ever. And on top of that they charged my cc an extra $2 after telling me it was $80 (I should have gotten my receipt and looked at it - but I was so irratated by the time she finished I just wanted to leave!) This girl was sweet but has NO IDEA how to do nails. And during the service she took time to walk away for a couple of personal calls. Janette S read more

DO NOT GO HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!I got my nails done here for my birthday and all was fine when i left. There was no one else in there when i arrived, because it was a hour before closing. I thought they closed at 7:30 but he told me that if i didnt get there when i did he would have closed. All was fine when i left but the next day I noticed under my nail, the real nail was beginning to life. I got then done on a Thursday and my birthday was on Friday. I was just trying to focus on enjoying my birthday with my friends and having a good time. Sunday came and i noticed my nail in the picture began to lift. I worked on Monday and went back on Tuesday. When i arrived i told him and even showed him what was wrong he then proceeded to argue with me and almost yell at me in front of his customer! He said hed just put more glue on under the nail. I have been here 3 times for overlay work...2 of the 3 staff were nice...3rd one was my most recent and he was not that nice...mildly rude while he did my nails...I did not appreciate the attitude while in his chair. All 3 times I had my nails done, had my nails breaking very easily within 48 hours of service. I don't know if it's the powder they are using or what but not strong at all. I have never had my nails break this easily when done by anyone else. My husband told me that he thinks I should go back and make them fix the broken nails, but my thoughts are not to return because the shoddy work is going to continue. I'm not afraid to tell them that I am dissatisfied with their work..but why waste my breath... One last thing...many nail salons asking their clients to pay cash due to the credit card fees. I don't carry cash, don't like carrying cash either...I have to go out of my way to go get cash to get my nails done. You have a business...you chose to provide a service....suck it up butter cup! Other businesses don't ask their customers to pay cash...that is just part of having a business...don't like it...don't open one! read more

Staff was nice but I got a Gel Manicure for $35 and it started to chip within 3 days and after 5 days it has completely torn off on 8 nails.

The gel manicure lasted five days. My pedicure and gel manicure took two hours! There was an argument between a client and the older gentleman doing her nails. It made me very uncomfortable. read more

If you want dip powder that lasts, DO NOT become a customer at the this salon. I knew something was up when the powder looked clumpy when she initially put it on my nails. However, I let the nail tech Hana continue as to give her a chance. Dip powder service normally takes about an hour to complete including removal....The service at this salon was an hour and 45 minutes. Hana claimed it was because oh my natural length (which is pretty long) but I believe it's because she did not know what she was doing. The real kicker here is that my nails started cracking after just two days and now, 1 week later, I have 3 broken nails. Not to mention they are all chipped and cracked. When I go to other salons my dip lasts well over four weeks. Oh, I forgot to mention that Hana charged me $5 to remove the dip because I had had my nails done at a different salon prior to coming to luxury nails. Very clean. Staff was pushy with trying to upsell me a more expensive pedicure then I asked for. As for the manicure I received the polish only lasted 2-3 days which was sort of disappointing. I had a great experience at Luxury Nails & Spa at the Sayebrook Pkwy location on June 11, 2016. This was my first time at this nail salon. I did not have an appointment and did not have to wait. I was greeted promptly and a young girl (sorry can't remember her name now as it's been over a month), gave me a regular pedicure (1/2 hour without the extras) for a costs of $27. The pedicure did include some massage on my legs which she did expertly. She did a very good job of my nail polish .... very careful and came out great. In fact, my polish is in perfect condition even after a month!! I will definitely be returning for my next pedicure! read more

I've been going here for about a year and highly recommend this salon. People are nice, will talk with you, and most importantly do a really great job. I rarely have an appointment due to job hours so I am always a walk in. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. I do understand those with appointments will go before me. My fill-ins last a very long time and I have had no problems with any pushy sales. I have tender feet and the one pedicure I had there was perfect. Called ahead and got right in. Got the deluxe pedicure and my daughter got her toes polished. Prices are reasonable and the pedicure was great- nice massage and great job on the callouses. I live about 20 miles away in Conway and visited with my daughter in law when visiting her and have gone here ever since. Sometimes have had to wait when I walk in, but had such a good experience that I drive past many salons to use them. I get a french SNS mani and they do the best job I've seen that's lasted about 3 wks. I've been to 3 other salons closer to home and been very disappointed. Have had good pedis as well. Always friendly to you and have been impressed with their clealiness. They open a fresh packet of utensils when doing a pedi and use liners in the pedi bowl as well. read more

First time at this salon. Lynn did my pedicure and manicure. She did a great job. However, the overall atmosphere at the salon was quite disappointing. I felt the staff was terribly unprofessional. They were talking to each other from across the room, making jokes and complaining about 'life'. One male employee sat at the end chair, had his phone on speaker, and carried on a very lengthy conversation about his phone bill with his provider. We could hear every detail about his complaint and the response from the customer service rep. Really? Also and maybe this is just me, I thought the staff was sloppily dressed. Just not a good looking staff. Over this past weekend I had a mani/pedi at a salon elsewhere. The staff was dressed all in black, quiet, professional, nice zen music playing, excellent service, and while I sat at the drying counter they gave me a quick back massage! Now that's service! Luxury nails needs to 'grow up' and remember that many patrons want to experience a peaceful, relaxed hour of pampering, not an hour of yelling, complaining, personal issues being discussed openly.
