I will not be calling them back ever. But I imagine you can get a 1 hour massage (as advertised) if you call and try to make an appointment for just yourself. Overall a relaxing yet stress releasing massage from Lily. Many prior reviews mentioned that they got less than their purchased time, but that wasn't a problem for me. Probably got a little extra. I didn't see a board listing their prices and that may be because they are more expensive than other locations in the neighborhood. Well this was my third time here As for my Massage today I will give it 4 stars if they would use sheets for drapery I would rated five stars but instead they use cheap towels which isn't very comfortable they tend to itch and tickle. All I can really say is this place rocked it! I supervise interns getting their Masters in Social Work. At the end of their time with me, I like to take them on a "self-care" outing (helps prevent burn out), and this time I decided Chinese foot massage was the way to go. I called another place nearby with good reviews, but they refused to take my reservation for 5, saying they wanted to be available for walk-ins. Fortunately I had seen that this place recently opened, although I was not sure what I was getting with no reviews. The entire experience was great! No problem making a reservation for 5. They were ready for us when we got there. The place is set up well-other places I have been have the chairs all together in one big room, but Q Foot Massage has semi-private rooms with two beds and a half-wall in between. The lights were low and music playing. If you haven't been before, foot massage is a misnomer-it always includes a full body massage (over your clothes) not just the feet-and it is wonderful. My masseuse was fantastic and everyone else liked theirs too. We all left feeling wonderful-the only hard part was we had to go back to work. Next time we do self-care at the end of the day! Right now they are having a grand opening special for an hour "foot" massage for $25 (regular price is $30). Go and get yourself some self-care! read more

For the price point and massage quality, this place is fantastic. I've paid twice as much and even three times more at luxury spas where the quality of the massage itself wasn't as good. Just don't expect refinement and elegant ambiance. But a great massage you will get. I live in the neighborhood, and it's so convenient to pretty much get in at any time. Sophia has strong hands and is my go-to. Once I'm in, I don't have to give much instruction. She can feel out the knots and pain points and really gives amazing relief. With routine weight lifting and working out, I go to this place weekly or every 2 weeks. Definitely recommend. read more

Ugg I hate giving one star. I went because my normal place was booked up and I read the previous review and it sounded good. But I had a totally different experience. First it's loud...not only is there this huge noise every few minutes which I assume is the water going on and off next door. The facility itself looks like it's put together with masking tape and nails the massage table was built out of two by fours. The very sweet lady that I was assigned to was not skilled in her trade, the water they have you put your feet in was brought in after I was sitting there a a few minutes barely covered my feet. Next lady started the massage by doing reflexology on my head to the point that I got an instant headache. Every few minutes she would leave the room and then when she came back at the end of the foot reflexology she told me that we were moving to a second room. Most reflexology places I have been to have you stay in one place and I find it very disturbing that whike you are trying to relax to then be asked to get up pick up all your stuff and go to another room. Also at most reflexology place as you do it all with clothes on when we got to the second room she asked me to disrobe and lay down on a bed made from two by fours and cover myself with a towel. The service was not good the place was not good the people were nice but clearly didn't know what they are doing and it is the only time I have ever been tempted over and over and over again to get up and walk out. On top of all the other things that were not what I expected they also used baby oil instead of what most other places use so I walked out greasy unhappy and in a lot of pain, the next day I had bruises down both arms and my back, and was left with a headache for 2 days. Needless to say I will not be going back. I hope this place can figure it out, I hate to see small businesses go down but you will never survive in this field with such poor service. I feel like reflexology has suddenly gotten mainstream or something and there are foot spas popping up all over the place when we used to have to just go to Chinatown to find them, the problem is they don't all know what they're doing and this one is certainly in that category. I'm telling you. If your puppies are begging for a massage, ask for the old man. These 4 stars are for the old man. He gives the best foot massage in this area you can ask for. I paid $25 for a foot massage. He's got strong hands and really works your kinks out. I have never had such a good foot massage until here (just the foot area, this is still your typical Chinese reflexology place so head shoulders knees and toes). Expect more brute force than skill or technique, but when your puppies are begging he can do the trick. His back massage is kind of rough so be warned. I went another time and got one of the ladies, as expected, the massage was very soft and ultimately not very satisfying. If the old man isn't there, its best to save your $$. read more

I stopped in for a quick foot 30 min massage. The girl was on her phone the entire massage which was only 16 mins! She was so busy texting she was only using one hand. I would try to close my eyes and could tell every time. At the end when it was only 16 min she took my card and afterwards said oh $3 extra for card. Please avoid. I will stick to my regular place thats on off i10. I wish I got what I paid for. Over priced for what I got. Down the street you get much better for cheaper. I feel like the more disheveled you are when you leave a massage experience, the better off you are. I am mess when I leave, but these ladies are a lot stronger than they look. Im big and beefy and they work well to chase all the little gremlin knots out of my shoulders. Treat your self to 45 minutes of foot massage and 45 minutes of body massage. Very much worth it. No, it's not Trellis Spa, but these folks can give a serious massage. I had a 1 hr, full body massage- was apprehensive at first, because the face cushion thingy was covered with paper towels & there was a couple bath towels to cover myself with instead of a sheet... but I was in pain & it was on my way home from work. All you need to know is the prices are super cheap, it's clean & they know what they're doing. Consider what you're paying (practically nothing) if you're gonna get hung up on decor.
