I was there at 10:00 on Monday morning, and Kimberly greeted me at the door. This is a small business run out of a private home, and the service is very personal. Kimberly took the time to ask me where I needed work and what moved me to make my appointment (i.e. were there any particular recent exertions on my part). I got the best massage I have ever had. The experience was what you would hope for in a therapeutic massage--quiet music in the background, care for your modesty, and most important of all, really good hands. Incidentally, this is a therapeutic massage, so if you are looking for something else, go somewhere else. Kimberly was very professional throughout. I have no experience with Kimberly's business partner, so I cannot speak to her abilities. That said, I can highly recommend My Massage Lady. The work Kimberly does is very good, and the price is unbeatable. I am used to paying $1 per minute for massage, and she substantially undercuts that rate, at least for now. I imagine her rate will go up as business increases. Even so, I can certainly recommend her.

Since I have been seeing her I am virtually pain free. She is a master in my book on working on deep tissue issues that you may experience. She has great massage skills and is very knowledgeable about how to use the skills to address physical problems or discomfort. I'm an old guy in my 70s and I asked for a two hour massage. About 15 minutes after we started I realized how good Anna was and asked if we could do three hours. I have found that when a good therapist has pleasantly of time they came slow down and work the muscle groups longer. When done I felt 15 years younger (if only I was LOL). I tried calling twice and I never got an answer so I just drove over. The inside is dark & hotter than hell. A lady came out of a room to greet me. She tried explaining something, but she didn't speak English. Another younger lady appeared & told me to come back in 10 minutes. I went to the convenience store to grab a drink & returned. The first lady, the one who didn't speak English, pointed to the pricing menu & I requested a 90 minute combo session. I was told to pay before & I did. I was taken to a small room & given no instructions. I finally understood that I was to remove my clothes & get under a towel. I've had previous surgeries on my lower back & don't like for anyone to touch that area, so I kept my pants on. The lady kept trying to pull them down & I kept trying to explain that I didn't want that area massaged. She started with the lightest touch, the amount of pressure you'd use when applying sunscreen. After a few minutes I asked for firmer pressure. I had just showered and styled my hair so I brought a tshirt to wrap my hair in. I kept saying I didn't want oil in my hair. Since we had no way of communicating, I might as well have asked for her to dump oil all over me. The atmosphere might have been relaxing, however I was unable to relax since her phone rang constantly and she received countless messages. Also, she stepped out of the room about 20 times. I paid for 90 minutes & she indicated she was done in 55 minutes. I received less than 45 if you count the time she spent out of the room or messing with her phone. The massage itself was horrible. She used extremely firm pressure on my neck and did it wrong. The whole thing now hurts, especially when I cough or sneeze. I'm miserable. She did more harm than good. It's been 4 days since the "massage" & I feel horrible. I will not return & wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The foot massage was relaxing and I ended up falling asleep, which is great. The back massage was mediocre but she did go a little over one hour which I appreciate. She did leave the room once to answer a phone call. Given the price, ease of parking, accessibility, and overall experience I'll give this four stars. What would make this five stars is an upgrade to the quality of the interior/rooms, no distractions mid session, and more "skillful" hands.
