Freaking love it here. I'm from Chicago, but come and visit Oregon to see my grandmother every year. We decided to get pedicures and when I tell you this is one of the best pedicures I've ever had I like can't emphasize this enough. My grandmother had Sarah for her Mani and Pedi and she was absolutely kind and expertly handled my grandmother's care. I also had an awesome pedi as well. The place is calm and relaxing. i usually really like going here because it's quick and they do a good job but this time i left unhappy which usually never happens. today i went in for a french tip fill and my nails came out uneven, all different lengths, and the french tip is not even filled in. the person had an attitude when i requested someone else do my french tip because even after the 3rd try she couldn't do an even french tip, i also showed multiple pictures but still left unsatisfied. very unfortunate because i really like this place but i will not be coming back... read more

If I'm able to send pictures, they will clearly show why I am extremely dissatisfied with the $30 (minimum benefits- this is the very basic manicure) as well as the $40 very basic pedicure. I'm not expecting any bells and whistles however, I do expect for my nails and toenails to look better when I leave, than when I arrived. I was at the salon just shy of an hour. In that time the technician did a mani pedi lip wax and brow wax. That shoes what little time was spent on the mani & pedi my fingernails have clear polish my toenails had color polish which was not completely dry and got onto my Sandals I can't rate the lip and brow wax yet however 0 stars for mani pedi. The technician was very nice but just didn't do a thorough job. $95.00 plus a $20 tip. I was there less than an hour read more

Maria was careful to ask all of the right questions to make sure she would provide exactly what I wanted. It is super scary finding a new nail salon! Not to worry, Luxor Nails is your place if you are new to this side of town or finding your new favorite spot. I had 2 pedicures here, both amazing...and I highly recommend the jelly soak. Today I had my nails done here to avoid driving 35 minutes to my trusted nail tech. Emily did amazing! I have acrylic overlay and she gave me a complete refresh, taking off the old and doing a fresh overlay. She was meticulous with her shaping and got the thickness spot on. I will be back for sure! I made an appointment for myself and my young daughter, specifying that we needed the kids chair and the adjacent chair. When we arrived, the adjacent chair was occupied, so they either didn't care or forgot. They offered to split us up but my kid is too young for that. I didn't complain but was annoyed since I had called around to find a place with a kids chair. My pedicure was quick and brusque. No attention paid to callouses, didn't ask about length of nails, and massage bordered on rough, with some moments of pain. She also refused to use the nail kit I brought. read more
