He also demonstrated why Luxem's beat the competition. Chris stayed in touch from beginning to end; don't see this much these days. The installers were just as polite and considerate. The installation was done in three days & these 2 installers worked all 3 days without a break (8-5). We were very comfortable with them doing their job as they needed to & to ask questions if needed. They were awesome, productive & respectful. Chris even used a drone for photos before & after. We had a really good experience with the entire process of getting new windows for our home. Our sales rep Chris went above and beyond for us. Chris happened to stop by our house probably because we live in a nice neighborhood but had really old windows with bars covering them. We just happened to have a appt with a different program to get a quote and they were definitely a lot more expensive and the sales rep didn't know what he was doing. Our guys that installed the windows were very professional and even did a little extra since we had huge pull cords for the bars he took those out and filled in the holes. I needed a new screen and my sliding glass door was acting up so why not replace all the windows along with the slider? I did not feel pressure to sign papers and Chris was great to deal with. Then COVID-19 hit. They were great about waiting until much of the danger had passed to come and install. The two guys who did the install worked very efficiently and didn't complain too loud carrying my 12' sliding glass door and windows to my back yard. We are really happy with our new windows. It only took a day to get all the windows in the house changed out. The old ones were very old and sticky. The slider in the bedroom was unusable. The new slider changed the look of the bedroom. I like that it can be locked in a slightly open position, making me feel safe, yet allows fresh air and the sound of crickets to come in. The French doors in the kitchen also changed the look of the kitchen/dining area. I recommend this company for the work and the price. read more
