Dave was a pleasure to work with at every step of the process. We needed our 1970's single-pane, metal windows replaced and got bids from several folks including Home Depot. Superior Window gave us the best price, most reliable service (they responded within 24 hours always) and best warranty around for our new Anlin windows. Home Depot was good, but about 25-30% more in price and we weren't sure who would do the work. In addition, because the new windows were a little wider than the original windows, the window sill was going to be smaller. Normally this would be fine but we have two cats that love to sit on the sill and look out at the world. Dave suggested an expansion of the sill with room for the cats, which he did at no extra charge! Got a nice piece of wood with a vinyl finish that we didn't even need to paint. The cats love it!!
