I originally booked an acne facial, but after taking a close look at my skin, Cindy recommended that a congested skin facial paired with microdermabrasion would be a better fit. I really appreciated that she customized the treatment based on what my skin actually needed instead of just sticking with what I had booked. She was so thorough and took her time with my facial. She removed an incredible amount of blackheads and whiteheads, and I never felt rushed. Throughout the appointment, she explained what she was doing, answered all of my questions, and gave me personalized recommendations for how to care for my skin between appointments. I know one facial isn't going to fix years of congestion, but my skin already feels so much cleaner and refreshed, and I left feeling like I had a plan moving forward. Cindy is knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about helping her clients achieve healthy skin. I'm looking forward to continuing my skincare journey with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely wants the best for your skin!

I came in for a 50-minute deep tissue massage this past Sunday (not my first visit, been to BW multiple times and by far my favorite visit) - and I say this having recently experienced massages at two other highly-rated luxury spas in the last 5 weeks, one in Santa Fe and one in Guanacaste, Costa Rica - Navid's was by far one of the best I've had in a very long time. What sets him apart starts with his demeanor. He is warm, friendly, and wonderfully reverent - you feel at ease the moment you're in his care. But it's his technical skill that truly elevates the experience. His touch, pressure, and precision are A+. Every movement felt intentional, every pressure point felt considered. This wasn't just a massage - it was therapeutic artistry. I left feeling genuinely restored and felt wonderful afterwards. And one more thing - he mentioned that his skills truly come to life in a 90-minute session, and after experiencing just 50 minutes, I have absolutely no doubt. That is already on my calendar. His name, Navid, means 'Good News' - and I can't think of a more perfectly appointed name for someone who delivers exactly that, one massage at a time. Thank you, Navid!

The spa has a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Definitely a wonderful place for self-care or celebrating with someone special!

Mimi was able to help me by creating a regimen full of skin care products that I never had previously, and yes you HAVE to be consistent. She never once poked my skin using a needle or any rough tool to extract anything that will leave a mark. She is so gentle. My skin feels fresh and moisturized each and everyday. My skin with makeup application feels so much better. I received so many compliments about the glow of my skin & how clear it looks! My overall goal was to use less makeup (foundation) coverage and only acquire concealer for small corrections .. and, of course, my cream blush. Thanks to Mimi, my goal was achieved. More often I'd rather go with concealer instead of foundation just because my skin looks so good without it! Ladies, if this is the goal you're looking for, I promise you won't regret it. The cost is worth it all. Thank you Mimi for being part of my journey towards regaining my confidence back & embracing the skin God has created for me to love. Definitely will be a long time client.

So they go away on their own much faster. It's a relief to have clear skin again, thanks MeMe!

Louise has been an absolute angel through all of it. She actually listens, validates every single insecurity, and takes such incredible care of me. I've done 2 sessions of Sculptra and 2 sessions of fillers with maryam and jamieson. Sculptra is so gradual and looks completely natural. One of my eyelids grew milia throughout one year out of nowhere, and it was really bad for my self esteem. I was looking around for where to get this fixed, and my primary doctor suggested a professional esthetician. I asked someone on the team if they could deal with this type of issue, and Aily responded promptly by asking for details and confirming a quick appointment. As Aily deftly removed my milia while explaining what she was doing, she also analyzed my skin and basically said that I'm good and needed no treatments done. Honesty especially in a profession where you need clients is so rare that I wished I did have something that would have prompted a treatment plan with Aily. Aily was gentle and informative, and helped me feel both physically and mentally better by tenfold at a time when I was feeling quite depressed.
