Her customer service is exceptional--she's friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. There have been many times when I've shown her inspiration photos, and she has recreated the look perfectly, often exceeding my expectations. Booking an appointment is quick and easy, which makes the entire experience even better. The only thing to keep in mind is that the plaza has limited parking, so I recommend arriving 15-20 minutes early to give yourself enough time to find a spot. Overall, I can't recommend Helen enough. If you're looking for a talented lash artist with excellent customer service and reasonable pricing, she's definitely the one to go to. Set prices are also very affordable, making it easy to maintain your lashes without breaking the bank. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my lashes!

I inquired for a lash appointment after reading some prior reviews and ended up getting booked with Gianna. When we first met, I told her how I generally like my lash extensions -- she listened, added her own twist, and the rest is history. I have been seeing her religiously since -- and, I think we are going on 3 years. On average, I see her every two weeks but sometimes more if I have a special engagement or travel plans in the horizon. Now, on to her skills of this trade. Some people acquire a particular skill set through rigorous training and certifications and while that may be true in this case -- I would argue that she is simply gifted. I often tease her that she's a perfectionist because she doesn't cut corners and never settles for just the average. She focuses on ensuring that each lash extension really matches her client's lash line because as we all know, no pair of eyes are ever the same. I appreciate how she makes the style of the extension work to bring more of a dramatic and elevated look without making it overbearing to the face. And overall, I always remind her how sweet and kind of a person she is. She's down to earth and speaks from the heart when we talk about life, family, travel, relationships, etc. -- I'm so lucky to have found her. The most recent time I went with mapping and when I saw my eyebrows in the mirror I was stunned at how she thought my uneven eyebrows were acceptable. My partner and friends saw the eyebrows and could immediately tell how uneven they were. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back because sending a customer out with two different eyebrows isn't acceptable.

After going to the same lash place for 8 yrs, my work schedule was changing & I wanted to find a…read moreplace that had openings on my days off. This place is open 7 days a week which was great. I saw the work via Yelp & IG so I decided to give them a try. They prefer you to text to communicate & they were quick to respond. I made an appt to remove my old lashes & start fresh. I booked with Emy. I came in 15 mins before my appt thinking I had to fill out some paperwork. No one was in the front so I rang the bell. Someone came out & told me Emy was on her way & just to wait. I then asked if I needed to fill out anything & she gave me a clipboard with a questionnaire. Basic questions about your lash & eye history. Filled it out. Emy arrived a few minutes before my appt time & she introduced herself. Super nice. I told her I like them full & showed her a wispy like set from their IG page. She spent 30 mins removing my old lashes & then an hr & half to do my set. After she was done, I looked in the mirror & I didn't think they were as full as I wanted but then also thought my next fill they'll start to look fuller. It wasn't the style I was use to but it didn't look bad. I felt things poking my eye the first day & later in the evening when I would blink hard, it felt like something was poking my waterline. I thought the lashes just needed time to settle but like I mentioned I've had lash extensions for the past 8 yrs & never have a felt something like this. After a few days I started to look at my lashes more carefully. I had lash extensions under my waterline & that was what was poking me. The glue was very thick to where when I brushed from the bottom up, I couldn't really get the brush to go through the bottom. Then when my lashes started to shed, I saw 2 fans on 1 eye lash. For volume it is 1 fan per lash & I started to realize why my lash line felt sore. Then I also had some lashes fall off with 2 of my real lashes, so the isolation wasn't there. I ended up popping off majority of the lashes myself & then getting the rest removed. I really wanted to like this place & make it work bc of how close it was to my house & overall customer service, but I think they need to go over more training with their employees. They do offer a free fix up to 3 days after your appt but with what I saw happening to my lashes, I figured to just let them fall off & try another place. See pics for examples. Just know lash extensions aren't supposed to hurt or your eye feel any type of discomfort. If they do, then something wasn't done right.

Update: I got my lashes done by sherin the other day and we tested out two of her glues. I definitely recommend the purple black bottle! The best glue ever and my lashes stayed on for so long! I am now using the same glue for all my clients since i liked it so much on myself. It dries fast and lasts for a long time. Long over due review for Sherin ! I first started off getting my lashes done at Face-N-Body by Sherin. She does an amazing job. She works at a fast pace and my lashes always turned out beautiful. Fast forward a year later I decided I wanted to take an eyelash extension course. I first started off with Lavish Lashes, however they did not teach me volume. So I contacted Sherin since I heard she just opened up this place for classes! She took the time and went step by step with the whole process. It was one-on-one which you dont get with many eyelash extension courses. She taught me multiple techniques and short cuts. Also they sell lots of the products in store which is very convenient for me. (Her tape is literally the best!) Sherin is basically my mentor now and still continues to help me with all my questions and issues. She takes her time, she isneasy going, and definitely want you to succeed in your business. Definitely recommend to get your lashes done or take a course with her! I've definitely learned much more from her than other lash brands. read more

After seeing more than 6 artists over the past 2 years, I definitely get the best value and quality from Anna. There are not huge clumps of lashes & no chunky glue at all!! She's careful and I never feel any type of burning or stinging (I've felt this with other artists). I have great lashes to begin with, so my lashes can hold a mega volume set easily! **not every eye can do this, so ask what style is best for your eyes!! I've gotten fills 3-5 weeks with Anna and people are constantly telling me that my lashes look great and full!! Even after 5 weeks, I was still getting compliments and my lashes looked great. Most importantly, my lashes are still healthy & fall out naturally. Here's my personal description (check out my pics too): Week 1 - mega volume, more dramatic, sexy & full Week 2-3 - volume, full, flirty lashes Week 4- long, wispy lashes, less dramatic Week 5 - simple set, long wispy lashes with minimal volume Appointments are 2 hours for fills, so bring your headphones and take a nap! Keep in mind, I do mega volume fills, so this probably takes longer than other styles. Price is so reasonable for the quality Anna delivers! CASH is preferred & make sure to tip ladies!! She's so talented and you won't regret it. I now try to do fills every 4 weeks depending on my schedule. Anna is so accommodating & always can fit me into her busy schedule (various shop/home locations). She does a lot of out of town trainings, so book with her early!!
