I think the salon is beautiful, though for the prices I thought I would get a massage chair and a tub with jets rather than a bucket. I had Sydney doing my nails. I thought I booked with Lux in Fairfield which I Love, But realized it was with Luxe on west Texas st and decided why not. I'm trying to find a home shop seeing as I have been getting my nails done more often. Well I do like the acrylic that Sydney does ( it's not too thick) but the consistency of the nails I am not very happy with. Time is money and I just don't have time to make a big deal of this. The leaf design was cute, but the inconsistency with the polish and length is very disappointing especially Paying more here than Lux almost 200 with a tip is kind of outrageous. Good luck in the future Luxe. I will say I gave it a 3 d/t ebony who shaped my toes and was so gentle and meticulous! I appreciate her and love my gel toenails. Wish I could say I'm coming back, but I'd rather not. I still tipped accordingly because they did take the time, but I'm very disappointed in my nails . read more

This place has changed owners a while ago. I ended up getting a basic pedicure by Natalie. She was very kind and fast! They use the same bowls that the previous owner used and seem to be fairly hygienic in their practices. read more

Went today and got a pedicure with my daughter and was delighted with the service they did on My feet. It had been a long time since I'd had anything done, and my nails needed a lot of attention and I sure got it! We didn't have to wait, and all the women were just delightful to be around. I'm so grateful that I discovered this particular salon and I recommend it to anyone. A pleasant experience indeed. read more

I just want to say that the technicians are Ok. The chairs are very uncomfortable, the pricing is very high. I felt like they were charging too much. Mani. $55 up for gel. Very nice chill vibe in this salon... the owner and her girls were very sweet to me which helped after a hellish week at work. Got a very clean, natural baby pink set of gel extensions. I recently moved to Fairfield & called around trying to book a gel pedicure on a Sunday! Called & they were quick to book me for the same day which is nice! Salon its self is nice, no complaints on salon cleanliness or anything. BUT for a basic gel pedicure no design no French tip no added services $56!!! Mind you, their chairs are not message chairs... the water itself is in a bucket so it gets cold extremely fast. The tech was great, so far nails are good. I just was very surprised when she told me the price. I will not be returning & will drive to Vacaville. read more

They never disappoint!! I've been coming here since they opened and every single person I have been to has nailed it everytime, and for someone that is picky when it comes to nails should say a lot. Everyone is always so friendly and always has good laughs everytime I'm in. I've been going to Reina for a few years now and everytime i say "do whatever you want" or show her a picture, she kills it everytime and makes sure your happy before walking out. I love and respect her so much as a person and as a buisness owner. Just a heads up, pay attention to the price before you get serviced. $71 for a gel pedicure. Your welcome. I had a terrible experience at Office Nails, frankly I think the lady who does my pedi can no longer see and paints all over my toes. It looks like i went to a 7yr old slumber party. Anyway! I came here expecting to pay addt'l to get the gel polish off on top of the $50 for a gel pedicure. I booked online with no issue and absolutely love the job Alicia did. Even with all of the residual damage from my previous nail tech, she was able to perform a miracle on my toes. She was patient, thorough, meticulous and kind . I will definitely be back and have even referred my daughter. There are no massage chairs and it's difficult to keep your feet on the tub without the lid sliding and you'll feel like you're going to tip the tub over. But I have to admit, it doesn't bother me as much because I love the work put into the service. I have all those things at my previous nail salon but it meant nothing because I hated the outcome. I will pay money, show kindness and patience if I know the service is outstanding. read more

Among the plethora of nail salons, was hoping this would stand out (as referred by ...) and finally be my go to close to home but alas no. I will need to just go to my usual spot for my gel nail ombré. Okay experience for a first time customer: Deluxe pedicure - she was thorough and gentle and good nail color application Gel manicure - while good customer service skills, she kept referring to "it's not a good idea for that, it doesn't work of short nails,...) so I opted for the most simple basic gel manicure. I walked out just feeling...eeeeh after spending a little more than what my usual place charges. I like that they have a booking system and accepts cc without making you feel bad. Overall seem like a friendly staff and clean. read more

Went in for a gel mani/pedi. The technicians were sociable and nice, one did my hands while the other did my feet. I felt the lady doing my toes clip one of my nails too short. They had placed a pillow in my lap to catch the fingernail dust, but I looked and the toenail was fine. 30 mins later I'm leaving, remove the pillow and my white toe polish has red on it ... hmmm! I look closer and the nail she clipped too short had dry blood And was still bleeding. I had to ASK for antiseptic and a bandaid. The ONLY thing that irritated me was nobody Said Anything! Mistakes happen, but the "oh, maybe she won't notice" routine is in my eyes... unethical! So I paid the $145 (which included a Very gracious tip) but will never go here again. read more

Found this place on a whim just by looking on Google maps. I read the good reviews so me and my gf made an appt online. It was very easy to make and there was plenty of availability. Tay Tay did my gel acrylic manicure with a baby blue sparkle ombré tint. She was super fast, but that's because she is that amazing at replicating any picture. She is definitely talented and I'm definitely going to stick with her and be her one of her loyal regulars. read more

I've been wanting to try this location for some time. It's truly hard to find good nail techs in the bay. You can find some if you know people. I started following them years ago and fell in love with their work, I just didn't go because they were an hour away from me (live in Marin) but once COVID hit and placed begin to open, I noticed Luxe Nailscape was open. I decided to try it out (this was beginning to middle july) I made my appt and went the day of. First of all, it was a cute place! That's is a plus. But the vibe just felt off. Only two nail techs were working at the time which was nice but they barely spoke to you and didn't event greet you. The lady that did my nail was super sweet, she did a good job but it seemed like she was new. She kept asking me about my nail shape (which it's ok! But as a nail tech, if i say I want them square, they should all be square) & barely touched my cuticles. Idk if I'm paying $45 for a gel manicure I expect full on manicure!! I then got a pedicure. Super cute set up. But again, barely touch my cuticles or my in-grow nails. I mentioned it but barely touched them. I got gel pedi and that was $60 I believe.... super expensive for something sooooo basic. Ohh... I ended up getting nail fungus . Yeah... this post if overdue but I just removed my gel paint off my toes and noticed it. I understand you're running a risk with pedicures but really. First and last time I go here. I hate to do this during a pandemic but I had too. read more

I'm torn between 2 & 3 stars. Plus side... I was able to walk in without an appointment (it was raining out) and the work was super neat! Down side.... SUPER expensive.... $30 to do a French tip on my gel manicure plus $45 for the manicure. Yes, $30 to do a white line on 10 nails.... I recently relocated from Silicon Valley and never have I paid an extra $30 for French polish. So for my French gel mani it was $75 and $50 for a gel pedicure. Not to mention it took over two hours to do a basic gel mani and pedi! The owner is super friendly and talkative. I should have asked the prices beforehand. read more

We got there for a 6:15 appt. Just my granddaughter and me. She wanted mani/pedi. I want toes color change. We waited 44 minutes to start - did my hands n her feet- by this time it's 2.5 hrs n no pedi for me n no hands for her. It's now nearly 9pm n I leave without my feet done!!!! WTH!! Never again!! They took the other lady with the 6:45 appt for her feet only n never did mine. REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE: How ridiculous how you think an apology will make up for not only a ridiculous wait time but $268 later! I have never paid that much for nails in my life. Always ask before the services how much it will be! They are taking peoples money! read more

I forgot to take pictures!!! I had my nails done with Arnell before my trip. She was super sweet and accommodating! She explained the difference between gel x and acrylic nails. I had trouble figuring out what nail color to pick and she told me she was willing to try out a few for me to figure it out. My nails did start to chip the following day, which were disappointed. I think it had more to do with the product not agreeing with my nails rather than the stylist technique. She followed safety precautions by wearing a mask and wiping down her work space. The salon is nice and clean. The owner played Kardashians during my visit on a wide screen TV. This salon seems to cater to a younger hipper crowd. It was over all a pleasant experience. read more

Well, I didn't think spending hours in the salon was my thing, but I saw the light! I loved the employees that worked here, it was a pleasure! I've been here 3 times 1 with a lady named sydny whos not working there anymore good job the last 2 have been a scam i went in Sydney wasn't there so I went to another lady for a fill they put a thick layer of gel polish when I keep questioning what she was putting on was told it's a new healthy liquid acrylic i kept asking is it strong because ive never heard of this i need tgem strong for the work i do come to find out it was gel polish they just caked on and charged me for a fill that's a manicure not a fill then I went today made my appointment days ago never knew the girl isn't there got there explained how I didn't want what they did last time because it bends the manager is the one who said it was gel polish I said I don't want that because I came in for a acrylic fill after i had nails done she says 98 dollars i said are you serious for what now they are charging me to drill off what she did last time and for a full set i told her these are my real nails she didntt do a full set she just put acrylic over my nails she tried to convince me that is a full set i have had nails for 21 years i have never heard the things they came up with .. don't go here!!! I told her if u would have told me how much I would have walked out they charged me 98 for a basic fill no design nothing scams never again Also she filed my skin to where it's cut and bleeding my fingers hurt so bad Reply to the managers unprofessional comment... I think Instead of you blaming the customer. I think you should blame yourself and for not understanding what your techs are doing and you are charging people. And you did charge me $98. And after I called you several times you ended up saying you would refund me the thirty dollars. And I fully understood what was done. And you got caught scamming and now had to reverse the charges. And I've already contacted the bank as well. So blame yourself as the owner of this place instead of the person who went in there. And was blindly charged for things that you did not do and then how to confirm with the tech what she did or did not do what you charged me for take accountability as the owner and like. I told you when I left there. I will never return you are a scammer, you're business is a scam. I have the bank statements you charged me $98 for services not done and I will be contacting. Not only the better business bureau but also the health department and consumer affairs. So like I said, take accountability for what you didn't do and what you charged me for and got caught for. That's fine people can be happy going there bt they should be aware of what your doing in regards to charging without providing the services. And in reguard to the not cracking my nails where cracking in the middle of the nails because you put gell polish not liquid acrylic like she told me after I asked 3 times. read more

SCAM artists at their finest, do NOT go here!! This place is SHADY! We dropped our two teenage daughters off to get their nails done and the nail technicians took FULL advantage. The girls wanted a standard full set and apparently were told they don't have anyone working during that time that can do a "normal" acrylic full set and that they can only do "GelX"....BS. If you can do one, you can most certainly do the other. So of course the girls don't know anything and agree to just do what they say. Mind you, pricing isn't listed anywhere and they did not tell the girls the cost for these full sets. That is where they mess up. Knowing that they are not dealing with adults, they should have been transparent about their pricing to ensure that these girls could even afford the nails. They charged $245!!!!!!!!!! Each full set was $122 each!! Neither one of them got a super custom set either. What would have happened if their dad hadn't come in to pay for their nails???? I guarantee you the normal 14 year old doesn't have a budget for $122 nails. In addition, their dad tipped your technicians $20 each which they did not deserve, total of $285!! Unreal! Luxe Nailscape, you took full advantage and you know it. You're a bunch of crooks and I will NEVER recommend you. Matter of fact, I'll be sure to share this on Facebook as well! I appreciate your response, but you guys are LYING about telling the girls how much their sets would be. I like how you're trying to blame them but you're full of it!! They are both respectful and intelligent and would never have assumed it was ok for their parents to pay that amount for their nails. read more

TLDR: pricing is inconsistent and pretty high for the level of service you get. I was super hesitant to write this review but I feel it's only right in case anyone else experienced this. I went in about 2 weeks ago for a basic gel manicure. I had dip previously and the lady who helped me didn't really know how to remove dip. I let her do her thing, my nails were pretty long and I only asked her to file a bit and she took them all the way down and left dip on 3 of my nails because she just couldn't figure out how to take it off. She painted over it, fast forward - it was $65 without tip for those nails. $65 for a basic gel manicure. The next day, my nails started chipping but I didn't want to complain. Instead, I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt because it's such a cute salon and such a sweet owner. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, I decided to return. I came in for a structured gel manicure with design and gel pedicure. I showed the nail tech the photo of what I wanted for my nails and she showed the owner, who then quoted me $45 flat and even wrote it on my ticket. The nail tech questioned where I previously got my manicure from because there was leftover dip on them. After that, for my pedicure, the tech asked if these were nails they did on me or was it someone else. I told her it was my old nail salon and she said they charge $10 for having to take off someone else's work. Fast forward to when I went to pay, the owner said she wouldn't charge for the $10 removal yet my total was $160!! I asked her how much the nails were and she said $65. $65?! She told me $45 on paper but I didn't want to argue with her. Make it make sense - $65 manicure, that's $95 for a basic gel pedicure?! Doesn't add up. I unfortunately won't be returning. It's saddening because the tech who did my nails today was phenomenal and such a sweetheart but the pricing is so inconsistent and too high in my opinion for the service you get. read more

First time coming here & Monica did my nails sooo perfectly! It did take about 3 hrs (could've been around 4) which I believe is why some reviews talk about watching movies while getting your nails done. I think it's great for nail techs to have lots of time especially for more detailed designs, but if you're in a hurry or have errands; this place isn't it. My nails came out to $76... I wasnt expecting that, but $40 acrylics + $20 colored polish? + $16 for my encapsulated nail on top of tip! I booked online & I assumed total was around $50 (which was what it came out to online when booking) Would've been great if I got a price quote before walking in instead of when I'm already sat in the chair. I would've added more designs or gems, but it does cost more & let's face it.. I'm a college student & can't afford "more" right now haha. Overall, my nails do look amazing thanks to Monica! read more

Okay the place was cute and clean. Quiet inside, except for the TV that was blaring. Everything was by appt only. Too bad, I needed my nails done full set, I would have paid had they been more accommodating. I got a gel pedicure. It has lasted nearly 3 weeks already. No chipping even with the 3 week growth. My tech noticed my ingrown but did little to work on it. Albeit, it was my first time there - she didn't know me nor I her. Sweet gal. Pricey tho. Go back? I would if someone gave me a gift card for mani n pedi. read more

First off, i'd like to say my nail tech was super sweet, the business is very clean and welcoming, HOWEVER, i was not expecting to spend $100 on a FILL. My nails were veryyy chunky and veryyy rounded, very thick. The nails did not look like the inspo, i had to tell her how to make the french tip look more like a french tip. The biggest thing for me is that 1. a FILL should not be $100, 2. they were short frenchies so how did the price go up??? For $100 id expect these to be the best most gorgeous nails i've ever seen and it failed to meet my expectations. read more

I came here for the first time a couple of days ago, and Lina did my nails. I wanted acrylic, but she suggested the gel x nails, stating that they were as durable and healthier than the acrylic I typically get, so I decided to give it a try. One broke only 2 hours after my appointment. I was charged $120, which is a lot more than I usually pay for short-medium nails. When I returned to ask to have them taken off and get a refund, the other tech named Ardelle suggested I not take them off but rather fix the broken nail. I explained that was not what I wanted, and they did remove and refund my money. However, I was very disappointed in the quality and price of the nails, especially after returning to my usual nail salon and being told that they charge $70 for the same kind and length. I was also informed that they really are not any healthier of an option. I will not be returning. read more

Such a fabulous gem my friend Miranda introduced me to. My first experience with gel extensions was great from beginning to end. I did have 2 tag team my nails the first time around, Reinna and Jamie. I think Jamie came in late even though I had my appointment. Didn't care too much for that but the ladies still did an incredible job. My nails lasted a while too.....at least 5 weeks. Second time around was with Leslie and she helped me pick out a color to match my dress for an event I was going to. She also did my soak off as well. I think I found my go to person from now on. Pedicures were nice too. I had the Lux treatment pedicure.....love those leg rubs. Thanks Lux. I'll be back. read more
