The place ambiance is very nice and clean. Every one speaks to you when you walk in very professional. I got my nails and my feet done this particular I have been here before, to get a pedicure. There are no messaging chairs and no jet tubs for your feet but let me tell you the lady that did my toes had hands of angels. She was gentle yet applied enough pressure in the right spots that's why I came back to get my nails done. I scheduled a full set $75. Fine. When I asked for two different colors I was charged 10 extra for each additional color. Mind you this doesn't require any additional talent. I was simply asking for a different colors. No art nothing just two extra colors. I was charged 20 to total for the addition charging me a total of $95! CRAZY! I would go back for a pedicure Only!!! For starters I want to say the staff is very nice and pleasant however, that does not make up for a 71 dollar pedi. My friend and I decided to try this shop. We entered and was told to pick out colors. I picked white. We were then told to take our shoes off and sit in the chair. Heres where the service went downhill. How in the heck do you not have massage chairs in a nail shop. That's one of the major parts of the whole experience. Sitting back enjoying a nice back massage. I was asked to pick a service and I picked the $55 dollar spa pedi. I asked the employee does that include gel and she said yes. Well that wasn't true. When I got to the counter my total was 71 dollars. I guess the lady that did my pedi was new. I think staff should be knowledgeable of the service and what's included. Then here's what made the experience worse. I tipped the young lady $10. Took off my socks at home and it looked like a kid painted my toes. $81 bucks for mediocre paint. The girl who does my nails unfortunately doesn't work here anymore I called to see if I could schedule an appointment to get a broken nail fixed and the woman told me that the last time I cane in-all the girls told her not to book me with them -she told me this! I am really saddened because I have always come here with good attitude and never give them any trouble I felt like they treated me as a customer that was disrespectful to them in some way I'm not really sure why none of the other girls want to do my nails . This place is very cute, cuter and cleaner than other nail salons. Like, classier. The prices are a little higher but seems like it's worth it. No massage chairs but the pedi chairs comfy nonetheless. Desi had great foot massage skill, I wish it could have lasted forever. BOOK HERE! Seriously the nail techs here are all amazing, when booking online make sure you are booking for all services that you need including nail art! If it's too much to book online you can always call and schedule. The nice and cool thing about online is that it give you the nail techs ig handle to peep their page and their work! I have personally had my nails done with Bri, Lezley and Reina they all do an above and beyond job! The salon is beautiful inside and they sometimes play addictive Netflix shows that you'll have to finish at home lol. Stumbled across this cute salon in Fairfield! I had no idea it was even there. Easy parking and great location. Customer service was great and the salon was clean and pleasant. Reina did my nails and did a great job on the gel manicure. I have some skin allergies that are not easy to work around plus my nails were a mess but she managed to do a great job making my nails look better than they have in a long time. They literally are busy all day & phone is constantly ringing to book appointments. The appointment process is easy to make online. I absolutely love the vibe of this salon. Had an appt. to get my nails done here today 7/16. Was called by Nail tech ( Jamie) and asked if I could come in early. I arrived early as requested then was told by the owner my tech would take me at my scheduled appt. time. ? Hmmm- My nail tech seemed disoriented or unorganized in getting started- it seems she was next door at another business. After greeting me and clairifying my service, she left the station several times and seemed unprepared. Then she said she left her drill bit somewhere in the back and didn't want to go get it so another tech loaned her a used one. When she returned to her seat she dropped it on the floor-picked it up, put it in her machine and used it to begin filling my nails without sanitizing!!!!!! I really hoped this beautiful nail spa would be as clean and had high quality service and work as it looked-so disappointed. My tech seemed to have a tough life as she shared some of it with me during my appt-and I felt compelled to leave her a small tip as I felt bad for her. After the polish, my nails looked ok. I am still worried about what bacteria was on the drill file she dropped then used on me and if this was one of the more experienced techs ? You definitely need an appointment for this place. Follow their instagram to find out when walk-ins are available. Either way, you still have to call to set up an appointment. I've gotten a gel mani, regular mani, and a full set at this place. Each time I have come in, everyone has been welcoming and nice, especially Reina, the owner. I got my gel mani done by Holly, who was amazing. I asked for nail art and another nail tech, named Jamie, helped out. I love teamwork. They definitely don't leave you hanging. They make sure that you are happy with what you asked for. I got my regular mani done by Alicia. She is so sweet. She accidentally cut me, but was so quick to get an alcohol cotton ball and clean it up. She kept apologizing as well. I've been to other nail places where they have cut me and just don't say anything or DO anything. I got a gel mani done by Leslie. She is also super sweet. She took her time with me as the rest of the ladies did with all my appointments. I asked for some nail art and she wanted it perfect. She spent so much time with me to make sure I was happy as well. I was very pleased as soon as I left the nail shop but a week later I have no-chip polish that has chipped, which doesn't usually happen to me that quick at least. They were also very pricy, why is it $65 for an acrylic fill then $70 for acrylic full set. Usually a fill is significantly less. I don't think I'll be going back. read more

Love this salon for manicures! I cannot say how immensely happy I am to have a salon like this in NorCal. I am from SoCal and this the closest salon that I've found to the ones we have at home. Where do I start? The decor is nice, and feels glamorous. The reason why I will continue to return though is because of the quality of the nail services that are delivered. I get gel manicures, and these manicures have been the ones that have lasted the longest. The nail techs do not compromise the integrity of their work and it clearly shows. I've gone to this nail salon a few times now and I was super happy and pleased with my nails. So excited I finally found a good nail tech. Last month, I was sick, coughing a bunch and completely forgot about my appointment. When I was called by the salon to confirm my appt, I tried to reschedule, informing them I was sick. When she told me I was going to be charged 100 percent for missing my appt, $100, I said I would suck it up and come in. I came in prepared with my cough drops. Took cold medicine. I had a couple little cough attacks and my tech offered me a mask and I obliged no problem even though I don't believe in masks. I respect anyone's beliefs just as I would hope people would respect mine. I did it so my nail tech VANESSA would be comfortable, and out of respect. Before I left, I scheduled my next appt for 4 weeks out. I was just given a phone call saying that my nail tech and other employees were uncomfortable that I did not come in with a mask to start with and that she would not be doing my nails anymore. I'm dumbfounded. I was offered another appt with a different tech but no way would I want to go back to this salon knowing that I made so many of them feel SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I am NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK, as your own sign on your business door says, but I did so the moment you asked me. You've lost my business and I will make sure to let other people know as well of the bigotry that comes out of this salon. Bottom line, this is caused by your outrageous and inconsiderate cancellation policy that you expect your customers to follow. Any salon who conducts business like this and the owner is ok with it, will not receive my support or money. And for the business owner to find this funny, really shows true character!!! read more

Do NOT go here if you are hoping to keep your trip reasonably priced and you don't have all day to be at a nail shop. I went here as a first time client for my wedding and left with $160 gone from my pockets. Not to mention that I had to return the day after because all of the beads I had been charged so much for had fallen off right after I left the shop. They are not upfront about pricing either. What I thought would be $30 for gel pedi and $60 for a full set turned into $160 due to the length of my nails, the color and added beads (those of which I expected to pay a little more for). However none of the extra charges were made known to me until 3 hours later when they finished my nails. Very disappointed in how they conducted business that day. Update: Since the owner has apparently looked into This I just thought I would clarify even though I shouldn't have to. Yes, my trip was in September a few months ago, but that does not change the service at all. The best part is the talented ladies. They are super friendly, encouraging, happy energies & strive to make their customers happy. Their work is exemplary, and I leave feeling so girly & pretty every time. I like their online appointment scheduling & how they very much honor it because at other shops I've been to before I always felt like my services were crazy rushed through, especially when they'd take walk ins. I have been looking for a nail salon that had nice vibes while also nice service! I walked in here, mentally prepared to lose my natural babies. But my nail technician, Jamie, suggested an acrylic overlay so I wouldn't be without them. I'm glad I took her suggestion. I wasn't really sure what I wanted today, I just went with whatever was shown to me. I am really happy with my nails. The salon was very nicely designed and neat. I really loved their decorations. They had such pretty colors to choose from, with a lot of variety. I got this pretty pink color in a shade I don't normally get but it spoke to me. I also really love the shape of my nails. While checking out, she looked at my nails and noticed a few streaks and had the nail tech come back and do another coat. I want to preface this by saying my nail artist was amazing and I was very happy with my nails. Also the service was really nice I was offered drinks throughout the night, so that was nice. So two stars for service and nails. I went in for a pedicure before Christmas and I was really excited because the shop looks amazing and I really liked the updated online booking system and the ability to choose your nail artist. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE WORKING CONDITIONS FOR PEDICURIST/Toe Nail Artists. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. They have to bring the basin to the back room, fill it with warm water then CARRY it back out to the chair. Then, because the basin is so low these poor girls are literally bending at the most awkward angles and hurting themselves in these contortionist positions for hours. I don't CARE how cute your chairs are, you need to get proper pedi-stations or put a lot more thought/planning into the basin situation. This is so bad for your employees backs/necks/everything and its also very uncomfortable for your guests with lack of proper foot resting in certain phases of pedicures. Its like you planned this amazing posh place and entirely forgot the most important part. That said, I may return if you rectify the situation in a speedy manner and actually show that you give a crap about your employees. read more

Alright, can I first start off with saying that anyone who writes a bad review had to have an off day. I come here at least once a month (that's how long my nails last and could last longer if I wasnt a fan of overgrown nails)and can I just say this place has been heaven sent. Since moving from SoCal I've been trying to find a new nail place for a year! Found some cheap places that I thought I liked and that I'd be prone to being allergic to acrylic forever! Until I came here to try gel-x extensions. Mia was amazing right off the bat! Both her and Reina informed me that these cheap salon places were using terrible products on my hands and that's probably why I developed an allergic reaction. I stuck with gel extensions for a bit because I was scared and also cus Mia does such an awesome job!! I finally returned to acrylic and voila! There's no allergic reaction to their product!!! They are the real deal! And yes, your going to pay for it. Bottom line. Cheap product is cheap for a reason, it led me to a terrible allergic reaction! But genuine product, like they have here, is worth every penny. I will say that I spend quite a lot every time I come in, but I also love my nail art and matte and it's worth every penny every time I come in. Hands down, I will be a customer for life as long as I'm in the area! Reina you've done it! And your staff is so skilled!!!! If you have the time and money, come here!!! I assume they we're having a staff meeting because one of the girls complained to another co-worker about working and not even being scheduled to come in till later. It's really disappointing when employees complain in front of customers. Once they opened and let a few of us waiting come in. It took another 15 minutes to get started on my nails. Don't get me wrong, majority of the girls are nice in there. Offered water and Mimosa but that service didn't matter to me personally when my nails are not what I hoped for. I had a regular gel manicure and it took 2 hours. Another customer who came in the same time I did had received a manicure and pedicure. They were done and out the door before I was. My nail tech was inexperienced and did not do anything to make things right. When I went to pay the girl asked how my service was. I told her I was not happy. She asked if i wanted her to try and fix it, which is nice but after 2 hours I just wanted to get out of that place. Again, this was my experience so just do some research before you go in. I really wanted to like this place. . I'm from the nail capital of California (LA) and have been looking for a Nail home for quite some time. I booked my appointment for a acrylic full set online. When I showed up I was told I didn't confirm and the nail tech was working on somebody else and it would be an hour... Ummm.. #1 when you book online and enter you credit card number isn't that confirmation enough?! #2 I was asked if I could come back later. I couldn't come back it was the day before thanksgiving and I had errands to run. The manager was kind enough to offer to do my nails herself, but said she did not do acrylic only GelX but will do them at acrylic price. So I said sure cause I needed my nails done. I wasn't offered any wine until 30 minutes into my service when other customers came in. My nails had so much gel clumped up in the back and I was told "don't worry about it the gel is to protect your nails" My pinky nail started lifting after 2 days and another nail popped all the way off. It's a beautiful place but they charge to remove gel polish which I have never heard of!! The quality of work is not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this place read more

I tried to schedule online but they had no open appointments so I added myself to the waitlist and shortly after I received a call that they had a cancellation and I could come in if I would like so I did.
