This is the only spa I will go to. The wonderfully talented technicians here are awesome. Peter is my go to for fabulous results but if I don't see him, the other ladies never disappoint.

Absolutely love this place! Very friendly, great customer service, clean, very precise in their work, and they will give you exactly what you are looking for. I've never had a bad experience with any of the nail techs here but Jenny is by far my favorite.

The salon is really big and nice. Very neat and clean too. I just got a pedi today and decided on the $30 one from their list. The lady did a very thorough job with the scrub and massaged my legs and feet for a good few minutes each. I was happy to know they did nail art as well and I showed her the design I wanted and boom, she got it done. But then the total went to $45, plus the tip I left her, and this design wasn't even that complicated. I guess that's the norm here in MD. I just moved from CA where we have nail shops and taco shops on every corner and this would have cost me $30- $35 there.

They lost a star because I had already paid and tipped my technician and then she left in the middle of my manicure and a new one finished my polish. I felt awkward not tipping the new one when the work was actually completely by a different technician.

They are disrespectful and nasty they don't want to do anything and they do your nails how they wanna do them and if you complain they call you names and kick you out read more

NOW OPEN ON SUNDAYS 11-5. My husband and I like coming here for an afternoon date. The prices are average. The service is great and I always like my toes when they're done. I only wish nail salons would do painted flowers on your toes like the years ago. read more

I've been going to Luxe for years now. I've tried other salons in a pinch and they always remind me that Luxe is better. My nails stay amazing for at least 3 weeks and my toes until I want a change of color. They take the time to understand what I want and make sure I'm happy. Jenny has been my girl for about a year and I love that her schedule aligns with mine. I can't recommend anyone else in St. Mary's and I've been to them all. read more

Horrible place for nails! My daughter went there for dip polish and a pedicure and they took advantage of her you age and and overcharged her - A LOT! They were rude and bullied another patron. And the pedicure looked like crap! Wasn't even a straight line of polish on the bottom. Considering they just opened after covid you'd think they'd make thei customers happy! read more

So I went in to get one nail fixed and a Polish change and they shorten my my one nail so much I lost the shape of my nails, the repair broke within an hour my fingers and nails hurt I gave them a second chance and low and behold they still Suck!!!! I Would Not recommend this place to Anyone. What a waste of time and money plus they will hurt you in the process.... Please Stay Away From This Place!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I'm SO disappointed. I went there today with a couple of friends, they overcharges like CRAZY! And the nails look awful. They also wouldn't paint a friends nails if she didn't get a gel manicure they wouldn't do it ‍ Not going back. read more

I was so excited to try this nail salon, but was let down. I made an appointment for a manicure and deluxe pedicure. My appointment started 10 minutes late, and was interrupted 5 minutes in for my technician to do a waxing. She returned 20 minutes later to continue my scheduled appointment. She was very very nice (which is why they got 2 instead of 1 stars) and the leg scrub/massage was very pleasant. She was also able to have my manicure at the pedicure chair due to the delay, but my actual toe nails are still a bit of a mess. The manicurist was also very nice. But as my nails were drying I noticed she cut one side of each nail at a bizarre angle. At this point I was late for a meeting and ready to go. I was also disappointed because I usually rip my nails off but was actually able to grow them out and had come in just to get them cleaned up to keep them healthy. And then they got jacked. Everyone really was so nice, but leaving during my scheduled appointment and messing up my nails will keep me from returning. read more

I've always had gel nails for a few years and I've been to many places trying to find someone good and I went out to luxe thinking they would be good and it ended up being terrible. They charged way to much and ripped all my nails off and put a new set on and not only are they pealing off of my nails already they messed up the polish big time and the gel top coat came off with in two days of having the new set of nails. read more

I have been going to Lux Nails for three years now, the latest was today. I have always been treated with respect and the work they have done on my nails and toes has always been exceptional. Jenny the owner has always treated everyone that I have witnessed with professionalism, kindness and respect and has always made arrangements for others in the salon to take care of me on my schedule when she is not available. Prior to coming to Lux we moved from out of state and frequented many nail salons that I actually had bad experiences and some good experiences. Lux in my opinion ranks with the better salons that I have done business with. I highly recommend Lux Salon. read more
