Good experience for two pedicures (my husband and me). Was able to get an appointment immediately. Once there, we were greeted with friendly service. The technicians were attentive and thorough with their service and leg massage. There were endless options for pedicure treatments (overwhelming but in a good way :)). I walked in around 4:30pm on a Monday for a pedicure and they got started right away. My technician was Kathy. This was probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had. It was pricey, $75 for the signature pedicure with gel polish, $90 total with a tip, but Kathy didn't rush through any step of the process. Absolutely horrible ..there were three people there none of which could do any design on nails.the pedicure was even worse the man used only one file on my feet no other foot scrappers or anything.put crappy lotion on then threw a hot towel on me and said finished I asked for a receipt when I knew I was overcharged and I literally got a blank piece of paper w the number $87 and nothing else.I could go on and on.no slipper shoes to put on feet so I had to put my boots on..I assure yyou don't go here.. read more

Not going to lie after reading a few of the reviews i was skeptical but a lady I know highly suggested i try them and either go to Rebecca or Vivian for whatever i wanted done. I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady who i soon learned was Rebecca! I was sat down and she spoke with me and the customer she already had, it was quite fun, not what I'm use to for going to a nail salon. Everyone i came in contact with in there spoke clear english and there were happy/smiling faces everywhere! I watched her pull out clean utensils and discard the used ones everyone in there seemed pretty on top of their cleanliness standards. I had my nails done here 2 weeks ago and left a review regarding my experience with them. the owner got back to me but because I was sick and trying to work I wasn't able to get back to them. I called them yesterday and they wanted me to come in at 5 pm which was not a good te for me. I called today and the girl set the appt up for Thursday and said they would be charging me. I requested the owner to call me back. He called while I was on another call. I returned his call and the girl said he stepped out and didn't know when he would be back. I haven't gotten my nails done in forever. I have family pictures coming up and thought,"What the heck." I tried Nail Trix and Spa because it's super close to my house. I'm so glad I went! Clean facility. Super friendly staff!! Calvin did my pedicure and was so kind. Vivian did my nails. I asked for nails that looked more natural. She was super fast and my nails are gorgeous! I went in thinking I would be seen by Tom or Rebecca, who I normally see and I got sat with someone new, He didn't introduce himself, he just kept talking about how he is good at nails and he's been doing it for 30 years even though he only looks about 30...I originally went looking for a full set of gel with a design, I had a picture of what I wanted done and he persisted in saying he understood what I wanted and then kept asking to see the photo again, The length I asked for was wrong, they were too long, None of my nails were even with the other hand, The polish we used was all over the place, He made my fingers bleed on multiple different fingers. As soon as he was done with my nails and I was checking out he was leaving for the day. I paid $76 for something a child could do better...Mind you I have been coming to Nail Trix for at least 3 Years or more and I have never had a problem with service here. Im not usually one to complain but this was the Worst pedicure I ever had. We waited 20 minutes after our appointment time which was fine but the water they filled the pedicure tubs with was ice cold and we had to ask for hot water 3 times. They rushed through our pedicure. I got Tony as a nail artist and he was not very good at all. He rushed through my appointment and it was my first time getting acrylic done ever. He was rough, cut me, and reused old products that multiple people before me also used. After he painted over the hardened acrylic, he started to file again and shaved off the paint from the sides. I asked him to repaint and fix it, but he just shaved it down even further and really irritated the side of my nail bed. Lastly, on their website a simple acrylic tip was $38 but he charged me $55 with no explanation. I would not come here again. read more

I have been going to the Nail Trix Spa for pedicures during all the years they have been opened in the new shopping center within walking distance of my Condo. I have always gotten appointments on the same day that I call and I have never had the same technician any time that I have gone, but the service had always been more than satisfactory until this past Thursday, May 25, 2023. The man who gave me the pedicure was older than usual (at least 40ish and I don't know his name) which would not have mattered if he had been thorough and gentle in manner but he rushed through and finished the whole pedicure in 15 minutes. My appointment was at 3:30 p.m. and I left at 4:00 p.m. which had included 15 minutes of time that I sat waiting for my toes to dry. The toenails were clipped but there was no attention given to the outside edges of the toenails where the nails might have grown inward, and the cuticles received no attention. The leg massage was quick and done, which of course has nothing to do with the look of the finished nails. It had just been a luxury bonus to the whole process in the past. My bottom line is that I will return to Nail Trix again because of all the years of excellent service, but if I receive another bad service, I'll stop going. Dee S. read more

Great...if you want your gel nails to peel off in 6 days. Nail tech was watching a football game on his iPad- Rushed and sloppy. Got a full set of dip nails with extensions. Although the staff was very nice and my nails looked good at the end, they didn't ask me to wash my hands before dipping my nails in the powder that they dip everyone else's nails into and there was acrylic dust everywhere. One day later one of my nails fell off and now 5 days later 5 of the nails have fallen off. Won't be going back. read more

It was my first time here and I got a mani/pedi. The one guy who gave me my pedi, was so nice and very considerate in avoiding my ticklish spots (which no other salon has done before), took his time and was great (I think his name was Evan?). The Mani was pretty good overall, but I knocked a star off because I showed a picture of what I wanted to the tech, a gradient design but in red instead of the pink shown, and he made this annoyed face. In the end I didn't get a gradient just full on red (I let it go and just lived with it) , they were slightly crooked and two broke in the next couple of days (which I don't blame them for as my job I had to move some machinery). So I went back there the following weekend and another lady (who's name I was not given) repaired, reshaped and only charged me for a color change, so that was a plus. read more

Definitely do not recommend this place!! They messed up my nails and said I could get them fixed when I came back so I go back to get them fixed and they told me I had to pay to get them fixed!!
