But when i went to get my full set done everything went downhill from there. the women who did my nails was irritated that i asked her to go over her very bad mistakes more than once. she also reacted very rudely towards any of my comments on her work. she over charged me for SHAPING, DESIGNES. my nails should have been 45. they charged 65. read more

The older male technician is rough and caused cuts on at least 4 of my fingers that feels like stinging paper cuts and my niece nail polish was not applied to her nails because he used the nail tool after the fact around her cuticle area and she woke the next day with burning cuticles. Do not use this shop poor customer service! Older technician is rude. I asked him to apply jewels to my nails he laughed and said what is that? There are other surrounding nail salons. read more

Great place for nails! The prices are reasonable and the service is very good. The salon is clean and they clean up after themselves well while you are getting your nails done. They really do an excellent job! I would recommend getting a pedicure with gel. They do a great job! read more

I really want to like this place, but maybe today just isn't their day? It is Friday at 4:25pm, this is when I have signed in. I've waited for over 25 minutes before I got my basic manicure. It's really just ok. From the description, it stated that with the manicure, you just get a hand massage. The guy really just put lotion on my hand and that was it. Took 30 seconds for both hands. (This was considered their massage). I've asked to get my cuticles cut a little more, as I've had it done before and it looked way better. But the guy told me that he couldn't do that because I will bleed. Mmmm... Ok, so I brushed it off. Then I had the French on my nails and it looks decent. The lines are kind of uneven ... I'm bummed out that I have to pay for it. Now I'm sitting in the pedicure chair. I really wish they would tell us how long the wait would be. My feet has been soaking in water for over 30 minutes now. :( it's prune city for my toes right now. read more

Let me just say that the pedicure was amazing. Everyone should have one. Very clean and safe area and everyone had masks on. I also had waxing and it was pain free. Very stylish. Came in today around 4 for a pedicure with a friend and we got right in. The staff are great and friendly. They each put on new gloves before starting which I think is important in a sanitation standards. Water was nice and warm and they got to work right away the massage was better than most nail salons I've gone to I will definitely keep coming back here read more

Worst manicure I have received in a long time. The guy couldn't get the shellac color on because he did apply the foundation correctly. I was very disappointed with his minimal effort manicure. The location is perfect for me which I love! The staff is very nice and was able to get me an appointment when I wanted/needed it. I got a full set of pink/white nails and Tim did a great job and was completed in under an hour. I'm really really happy with the service I got and will definitely be going back. I had a good quality gel mani done by the nail tech although the polish was chipping within 2 weeks. My gel manis almost never peel and chip. The prices are a bit higher the service at this salon is better than at most salons in town. read more

I just got my nails done here. My pedicure was alright. Nothing special. The chair was older and semi-broken. My manicure experience was just terrible. I asked for plain French tips. The older gentleman TUGGED my hands towards him, cut the skin around my nails multiple times. Rushed through and was rough. I asked politely if he'd even out and file my nails so that they were straight and not crooked, that just seemed to irritate him. He went over and laughed grabbing pink sparkly coat and put it on my white French tips. My nails have a clear coat tinted hot pink. I asked if he could fix it he said it was too late and continued. I left physically crying. It was horrible. I will never return. read more

Do NOT get a massage here!!! The woman was not licensed for sure and was terrible and cause more pain. Furthermore, the smell of nail polish was overbearing as I laid on old towels (not sheets). At one point she left the room and just left the door open, which still didn't change the fact that I could here all the gossip because the room had no ceiling (thus the strong odor). To top it off she tried charging me extra for "deep" massage, which she never even applied hard pressure.. Worse massage I've ever had! You've been warned!!! read more

I initially went here for location. I continue to go here because it's clean, & they do a great job! I'm sort of rough on my pedis and manis. Shellac always lasts a full two weeks and usually longer. A pedi generally lasts 3-4 weeks! I also love the staff, always nice. read more

Ugh what is it with places in SOMD? When two people make an appointment together they want to stay together. Not have one person completely done with her mani/pedi and the other still getting a pedi. Also the technicians need to clean their nails and their equipment. Yuck!! A massage means more than putting lotion on my hands. We'll keep looking. read more

Got a great Gel manicure for a decent price, $30! I was the first one in the salon and the male who did my nails was perfect. He really took the time with everything, considering I haven't had a manicure in YEARS, he did an excellent job. The color is perfect and NO chipping or peeling. I will definitely be back! read more

This nail salon was fine until I told them they did something wrong then all hell broke loose! I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Vee did them. I asked to get my manicure first so my nails would have more drying time during my pedicure. I could not get the first color I chose because when Vee applied the polish, it was almost transparent and she said that it had been watered down too much. The techs add polish remover to polishes when they're old, almost empty and too thick. So I chose another color and remarked to her that this polish seemed too thick. She insisted it was fine and continued applying it. They dried the entire time I was having my pedicure done. I left there and went grocery shopping. By the time I got home every nail had smudges and lines in them. Hours later the polish was still soft and impressionable. I went back to the salon the next day and told them that the polish was too old and thick and had never dried properly. Vee and the manager were very upset and made a big scene in front of everyone telling me that I had ruined my nails and that it was my fault. I explained that they had had plenty of time to dry during my pedicure. The manager said they had used the polish on a hundred clients and that had never happened to anyone else before. I explained it happened because they HAD used it on a hundred clients and now it was too old and thick. The male manager continued to argue with me and insisted on having the last word. I've also seen him argue with other clients in the past as well. I stopped arguing and defending myself as it was hopeless! Vee redid my polish, but rushed, seemed upset, and never spoke another word to me until she was finished and said to me "now sit here while they dry and don't ruin them!" OMG!!! They were both very unprofessional, but especially the male manager. They completely embarrassed me in front of everyone and didn't even try to be nice, accommodating, or professional. I will never go there again and have since acquired a new salon. You have lost a great regular client because of a rude and unprofessional manager. read more
