My Wife and I were up visiting the Eastern Shore & stumbled upon this gem as we were stopping for a quick drink next door. We walked in and were welcomed warmly - We immediately noticed the COVID-19 guidelines posted, proper PPE + Glassware, Cleanliness of all furniture, staff, etc. (all of this is very important to us as my Wife is immuno-compromised - Today was a rare day that she decided it would be okay to treat herself). Moving on, outside of the staff being very professional, they were careful, methodical & all at a great price-point! We're about 45-50 minutes out towards the VA side, but we'll be coming back bi-weekly for our Pedicures (bi-weekly dates!). To note- New Management seems to have done quite well with the place based on before/after photos (after taking a deep dive after leaving, the new interior is immensely better - white & bright!) - Always nice to see someone who puts attention to detail in the business prior to re-opening. I went in for a pedicure and chose the mother of pearl pedicure... the technician said it was going to be 1.5 long and i said okay, and? like i didn't care how long it took. so i picked a different one... and once again acted like it was a bother to him... he was extremely rude and bent my foot back that i said "ow" loudly while he was doing my pedicure... i kept jerk my feet back because he was sooo rough. i finally said you were too rough and it hurt... my left foot had red patches.. my right foot was sore.. he acted like he didn't want to do it. then told me to come back in 3weeks the whole salon smelt of chemicals! it gave me a huge headache read more

Never again! The nail stations are dirty, they use tools from customer to customer without cleaning, and they use off label products. My nails were rough and had ridges after my manicure. read more

worst nail salon ever. my friend and i went to get a manicure and pedicure. the guy doing my friends nails touched her inappropriately, shook her around, cut all her cuticles till they bled, and left nail polish all over her toes and fingers. we both got scammed and over charged. we asked for a normal pedicure with only polish, they did not listen and gave us gel, then demanded we paid for it. the lady doing my nails was very aggressive. she left bruises on me and was extremely mean to me. absolutely never go here unless you want to be touched horribly and overcharged. also, i watched them use the same tools they had just used on a different customer on me without washing them first. beyond disgusted and disappointed. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst nails I have ever gotten. I showed the lady a picture of square nails with a design, I asked if she could do it and she said yes. When it came time she started and I got almond nails with a slanted french tip because she couldn't complete the design. read more

Don't lie to your customers. I used to go here with my mom all the time. My preferred tech wasn't there and they told be she had moved. My service was sub par. $45 for a polish change, basically. No cuticles, no lotion, no filing. Change of polish, with attitude, for $45. So, I went elsewhere. Fast forward six months and I found my person at a nearby salon. She NEVER moved. She lives here. So, I have a new salon and am beyond happy to have found her. Don't try and fool customers, we usually find the truth. read more

I went for the first time to Daisy nails to get dip powder. My nails lasted 4 days then started cracking and chipping! I went back and they fixed my broken nails for free all for them to chip and crack again a couple days later. Tech was nice but never going back. Not worth the money I spent or my time to keep going back to get them fixed. read more

Never again will I go to this place they call a Nail Salon. Went there for a manicure and nails were trimmed terribly. Also, the nail tech was busy listening to other employees and not paying attention and suddenly cut me with the nippers. It took a good while to get it to stop bleeding after she put several different things on the cut to get it to stop. It finally stopped bleeding and she proceeded with the manicure. Afterwards, she said, "Sorry about the mishap" and I could tell she didn't mean it. They need to step it up and deliver much better customer satisfaction if they plan on staying in business. I only went there because my regular place I go was closed because of a death in the family and they have to go back to their mother country. read more

Good experience with gel and dip manicure. A few months ago, I wanted to use gel and Kayla suggested that I try dipping my nails. Dip is a bit more expensive and I have certain gel colors that I already know and like so the first few times I get stuck with the gel; however, I've only had my first manicure a week and so far I'm glad to have tried it !! As long as it's not too hard to absorb and doesn't dry out the nails too much over time, I may never re-use the gel I have to remove them due to elongation ... but even the gel remains at so long (seriously... almost three weeks) when Kayla did that. Good to detail, easy to schedule, normal pricing for these services, and nice, clean space. Great addition to the neighborhood! read more

I think this place gives great pedicures. I've given this salon three opportunities to show me why this should be my regular nail salon but they never make the cut. Every time I got my nails done they did a horrible job on my cuticles and nail beds, I had cuts on all my fingers. The last time I went the cuts were really bad to the point where my fingers were swollen and had puss. They have one lady that does well with eyebrows, but the last two times I went the one lady shortened my eyebrow too much and my eyebrows were not even and the last time I went she got wax all over my lips, eyes, and eyelashes. She didn't even clean it off properly, I had to do it myself. Three times is too many for me. I will not be going back to this salon read more

I came in to this salon with my sister and my mom looking to get a fill with a french tip, they told us it would be 25, for what i wanted. As they were doing my nails they told me the paint was regular but then later on they told my mom it was gel and the total came to 47$ which was not what we were told. I think she did this because I am young and don't really know the difference, she was aggressive, and talked about me while I was there. Will not be coming again. read more
