I can not say enough good things about Nichole and her business. First the salon was SUPER clean!…read moreNichole wore a mask the whole time I was there and you can tell she prides herself on keeping her business/ work space clean and professional looking. Nichole reviewed the waxing procedures with me along with the products she was going to use and where. She also went over the recommended "after care" for the different areas she waxed (not just my face) and gave me sample products with additional after care instructions. For those afraid the waxing will "hurt", it's not super comfortable, but Nichole puts you right at ease and does her very best to make it as comfortable as possible. I did not "hurt" in anyway shape or form. Nichole is my new go to for waxing. I'm really glad I found her. Nichole uses a wax I was not familiar with, I've gone to more than one place in my time; but she knew her products and was quick to tell me what to expect.

I was a little nervous since this was my first time getting waxed, but Courtney was so reassuring and took the time to explain the whole process, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. She really listened to my concerns and made sure I was okay every step of the way. Her technique was super gentle, and she made sure to check in with me during the session to make sure I was comfortable. It honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be she's clearly experienced, and her attention to detail was amazing. She made the whole experience surprisingly smooth (pun intended!). The studio was spotless, and I could tell she takes hygiene seriously, which gave me a lot of confidence. She also recommended some great aftercare tips to keep my skin feeling soft and healthy, which I really appreciated. I left feeling so happy with the results smooth, fresh, and glowing! I couldn't have asked for a better first waxing experience. Courtney truly knows what she's doing, and her positive, kind energy made all the difference. I will absolutely be back and would recommend her to anyone, especially if it's your first time! XoXo

April is a master at providing and peaceful and restorative facial. She is so respectful of my feelings and vibe. If I just want to zone out that is perfectly fine but she also is a wonderful conversationalist if you don't like long silences. She takes the time to explain each step so I am completely comfortable throughout the experience. Then Pam expertly performs facial waxing. I have yet to experience any real discomfort and for the first time ever, I have not had a single breakout afterwards. She uses a wonderful mixture of tea tree oil and aloe that cools down the waxed area and feels delightful. I intend to get brave and try more waxing in the spring because of the amazing results. Shortly afterwards I am back with April for a fabulous hair experience. I have not been this happy in many years since my favorite stylist moved to New York. She was able to recommend products that actually work and have helped immensely with my thinning hair. The recent glaze is just beautiful. I feel beautiful.
