My wife raves about this place! Marco gave her an excellent pedicure in half the time it takes most people. Salon is under new ownership, has new chairs and is hyper clean and comfortable. The first time I came here I had a young lady who did my pedicure so well I gave her a 20 dollar tip. I was so please with her gentle yet thorough work. She did a perfect pedicure from start yo finish. Fast forward to the 2nd visit and it all goes south. I go back and the girl isn't there but I get another woman and she is preoccupied from the start. I go ahead and opt for the best one , the deluxe with paraffin. It wasn't special just a gimmick to add to the price, an upsell. She starts doing my toes and she's digging in the corners of my toes. I was bleeding. It was extremely painful! We talked about the color and several times I said a pink french would be nice. She obviously wasn't listening because she paints them and they're just awful. The white is thick and sloppy looking and the base is not pink at all! When she put the light over my toes to bake the polish she touched my toes each time resulting in missing paint on the white part. I tried to tell her and she walked away and dismissed it. I was going to have my fingers dipped as well but after the pain I went through i said I'd pass. I'll never go back there! I hope my toes heal enough to change the gel polish before my birthday in 9 days. read more

Today I went in for a NexGen manicure for the first time. My nail tech was Sonny. I had a positive experience. He did a beautiful job. I was there for about an hour and 20 minutes total. (I had pink and white acrylic so he soaked my nails and removed them appropriately). I already scheduled an appointment for my mother-in-law to try out this place . It was nice that they could fit in 2 dip manicures and 2 regular pedicures. Upon entering did not feel so welcomed, and the whole time I was getting my dip set the young lady kept walking away and wasn't sure if she was done doing my nails or not. Towards the end of my friend getting her nails done. She came to me finally and just put on a top clear coat and walked away to another client. Did not clean around the nails. I had been a customer here for at least 2 years; I went to Cathy who is the owner and always great. I brought my mom, daughter, daughters friend and my stepdaughters! I was always recommending her. However a few times especially most recently she would either make me wait, was never on time. Jan is the only good tech but all her diamonds fall off within 48hrs. She guarantee it won't but it does. I paid $85 for my nails and when the diamonds fell off, she couldn't even fix it because she was so busy. Jan is busy all the time and her co workers won't fix anything she messes up so you are just out of luck if anything needs to be fixed. I literally had to ask for the diamonds and went to another shop to have someone else fix it. read more

I visited this place in many occasions and tried almost any tech and the job was sloppy. Such a waste as the salon and their products are very nice but the service and their work is terrible! I tried the owner at the end to see if it would get better, it did not, she was rude pulling my hand with an attitude and giving me dirty looks as she was pulling my hand. I changed to the Luxe Spa in Pompano (not related to this one) and now I'm very happy there, the owner Nhi not only does a perfect job but also she and her staff treat customers with respect and they do a quality nail job. read more

Terrible! Just got my nails done for a full set. I think it was the owner or manager that did it. I sat down she asked me what color I clearly said RED! She started doing something different and I thought it was a different way they were doing things. Turns out she was doing French! I said to her that I said i wanted red not French because I never do French! She said ohhh why you didn't stop me blah blah! Listen if I knew what you were doing obviously I would stop you it's almost Christmas and you think I got time to spare??? Nah! It's deeply unprofessional also how they keep talking in other language that I can't understand and they kept laughing. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to cry. I came I with 2 friends for a mani-pedi and this was an ok experience at best. The pedicure was average, what I would expect for the price. The manicure was awful. This was the worst manicure I've ever had. Firstly, the nail tech made no attempt to ask my preference regarding style or shape and assumed I wanted gel (which I did not). I called to make an appointment they changed the price within 3weeks since I was last year. I confronted Leo in this he acts like he don't speak English now. I received a gift certificate for this salon because I'm looking for a new nail salon. I booked my appt online through Facebook with Tommy. I received an automated confirmation. When I arrived, I checked in for my appt. they led me to pedicure chair and then left me there for 20 minutes past my appt time. There was a young man doing the lady's nails next to me and I finally asked him if he was Tommy, which he was. When I told him Inhad an appt with him that started 20 min ago he apologized and said no one told him. They l it's rally ignored me for 20 Minutes and would have kept right on doing so if I hadn't spoken up. I asked if someone else could just do my nails bc I had to go home soon. So they had Jackie do my nails. She did a good job, hardly spoke to me at all. The service was $35. I had $50. Since I knew I wouldn't be returning I asked the girl up front to give the tech the balance as tip. They only accept cash tips. My appt was at 6:30 for a regular mani/pedi and I didn't leave until 8:25. My nails look nice but zero customer service. I would not recommend this salon. read more

The worst nail salon ever.. There are so many nail salon around that will treat you so much better . My belief is if you have to pay for it, it better be worth it. But with this place, it's not worth it at all. They will blame it on you. My girlfriend got cuts and they blame on her that she moved. My daughter nail were not straight, they blame on her nail even though it's a new set. And don't let me started with my nails.... there was bubble so I told them to redo, the manager was all rude and so much in rush of going home. She refused and told me not to come back. If i could give less than 1 star I would. The only one who is good there is Jane. They were very nice when they first opened, however, now that they are not new anymore, customer service and product quality have SIGNIFICANTLY declined. One time I went in, the lady that was attempting to do my nails was having her hair done while sitting at the table trying to do my nails!! Unprofessional. The most recent time, I had nexgen removed and gel polish put on. It has not even been 7 days and all but two are completely cracking (including my real nail...) AND he did a TERRIBLE job on the polish. I have never actually been back to a place to demand they take it off but I'm considering it now. I will never go back or refer anyone else there. I really like this place. They do a great job. Not really an extras on a pedicure, hot towel but usually ready to leave. I like Jackie and now Kim. Jackie does a good pedicure and Kim is sweet and does a great job with my gel manicure. I usually go Saturdays nw so I don't have to wait as long. May find slightly cheaper but I prefer this place to any I have gone to in Boca. I'd rather take the quick trip to Deerfield. Will keep coming back! I did not have a good experience. I could not believe my GEL NAIL POLISH began chipping in 2 days. Usually i get 2.5 weeks or more before i even get a little chip. By two weeks my nails were a mess. I did not have a chance to go in because i had company come in from out of state. Also, they were a little more expensive than other places i have been. I was NOT A HAPPY CAMPER to say the least.
