I was extremely impressed that when they went to their appointment the receptionist immediately knew who they were, greeted them, and got them taken care of. She is absolutely fantastic. They all got beautiful cuts, 1 of them by Loraine and 2 by Rebecca. They said that the stylists were extremely friendly and professional and seemed very happy. All staff are wearing masks. There was only one other customer in the salon when I entered and 3 employees. They are not over booking and keep very limited customers in the salon. Amina did a great job on my hair. She really took the time with her consultation before starting to understand what I wanted. I recommend bringing photos of what you would like so she can see if it is doable. Balayage is a very complicated process and not everything is achievable on the first trip, Sometimes it can take many trips to get the color you desire. I purchased a Groupon and I was treated wonderfully, which I have found is not always the case. My Groupon was for a haircut, balayage, and conditioning. I had to pay $25 extra for the toner, which I was informed of prior to coming. They recommend doing a toner every two months for upkeep on the balayage. Amina asked a lot of questions to really understand what I was looking for, which was refreshing. She also did a great job on my haircut and once again asked a lot of questions to really understand what I was looking for. I really liked that she tried to give me the look I was going for rather than telling me what I should get. Sara finishes my hair and is out the door at 9:30AM leaving her assistant to finish the rest of the girls. Thank god, I hired the best make up artist to make up for it and having her team of stylists to not only do my girl's make up but to help fix my girl's hair when needed as well as my hair stylist and her assistant were too busy running out the door. As a bride, I wish I never signed a contract before the trial so I wouldn't have been stuck with this unprofessional vendor as I knew from the trial it was a big red flag. My hair turned out good but due to the unfriendliness, I wouldn't recommend.
