It was my least favorite keratin treatment. The product they use is Cezanne Perfect Finish and although I liked the fact that it didn't have formaldehyde in it, it did nothing beneficial for my hair. I normally get keratin treatments 2-3 times a year to cut down on blow drying time. This product didn't help with that. This product actually made my hair smell terrible for weeks and actually colored my brown hair to a brassy orange. I'm so disappointed that I needed to let others know that this was more trouble than it was worth.

I went in to do the glaze, which was $60, and the photo shows how my hair looked when I got home after it air dried. I have to say I was disappointed with the results, my hair felt very dull and definitely still had frizz. Also a blowout would've been extra, so they had me leave with a partial blow drying, and my hair was still wet and unstyled. For the price all they did was wash my hair and put the glaze in, let it sit for 15 mins, then lightly blow dried for 2 minutes. Also, I was trying to make small talk with my stylist but she didn't really seem interested in talking. Definitely didn't feel like a worthy investment
