I only continued going because the location is convenient, but convenience does not justify wasting money on a service that is this poorly done. Watching employees sit in the back eating or hanging out while clients wait is beyond frustrating and incredibly unprofessional. The way they handle hair is honestly unacceptable. I've never experienced so much aggressive pulling and yanking during a blowout anywhere else. It's painful. I specifically said the time I've hated my bob is when it's too close to my ears. I showed her a reference picture and clearly stated that I like it when it hangs JUST above the shoulder. To be honest I was really betting on this haircut to bring my confidence back, after spending 4 days in the hospital and really needing an ounce of luxury in my life, and I left feeling worse than when I entered. I'm crying in my car, embarrassed to be in public because of how much I hate the cut and how unlistened to and unpampered I feel. This is a shame and I won't be returning, after years of supporting multiple stylists here. Their one job is to listen, and I got the opposite of that. Might as well change my Halloween costume to lord farquad at this point. DONT BOOK with Jessica. She also didn't apologize after seeing me upset. Instead she told me "well the line is really sharp so it'll look good when it grows out" . The point of getting a haircut is not to wait 2 months to like it!! They offered me a 20% discount which in my opinion is completely inadequate when a client leaves your chair on the verge of tears. They did nothing meaningful to try to remedy the situation. As someone who works in the beauty industry I'm particularly disgusted by the lack of customer service skills.
