Sloppy work. Placement of the Gel X was way off & when I asked to remove it and redo it, she said she could fix. Tiffany did not fix it! The amount of glue used made the nail lift and not fit flush or flat. My hands look like a T. rex with nails. There are indents over the nail polish. Not smooth at all. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to find a place closer to home. She had a very full nail clipper, she struggled squeezing because it wouldn't cut easily. After cutting the nails, she filed my nails with a very used and almost smooth nail file. She really was filing for way too long. Definitely not returning read more

I've been looking for a consistent spot in the area and I finally found it. This was my first visit to this salon after failed attempts to find the perfect technician to deal with fragile nails that always seem to break even with gel or other products. Q was incredibly meticulous with my powder dip manicure. She took her time with the shaping and ensured I was happy with the shape before even touching the polish. She is extremely knowledgeable and skilled with nails. She is a hidden gem. The salon is spotless and welcoming. The color selection is massive. My nails feel strong and look natural--not bulky at all. Highly recommend this professional nail salon. read more

Absolutely amazing! Love the owners! Hilton is the best and so accommodating! I asked for designs and they delivered! The best pedicures with the best ingredients! My nail artist Tina is so patient and does a perfect job!! We came at the soft opening and we were treating like royalty. Complimentary drinks! Massages! Hot stones! Some ladies came in with the rudest attitudes so Hilton, Tina and the amazing techs, I am so sorry you had to deal with that. And even with that , their attitudes and hospitality never changed. Thankyou soooo much!! read more

This is the best nail salon I've been to in years! It is so clean, calm, and nice in the salon. The techs are incredibly friendly, kind, and sweet. The technique with all techs is amazing, I never have to worry about which tech I am with because they all do a fantastic job. Complimentary drinks are available as well, and a great happy hour deal Monday to Wednesday. Such an affordable and high quality salon. I've come back twice now and can't wait to come again! read more

Let's be honest - I was wondering over the SECOND I received a complimentary mimosa. The inside of the salon was clean, and they played music I actually wanted to hear. I wish there was a TV facing the way I was sitting, but I appreciated the fact that another TV on the wall played cartoons for any little ones who might accompany their grown up. My nails look so clean, and my nail tech Tiffany gave me a bottle of water on the house and engaged me in some slight welcomed small talk, but allowed me to enjoy my time in silence also. I will definitely be back during another happy hour to take full advantage the extra 15% off. Thanks Tiffany, see you in 3 weeks! read more

First time customer. I was an early morning walk in, was immediately assisted & offered a water. My gel mani/pedi came out nice. The two girls took their time which was nice. I wasn't in a hurry & there wasn't anyone else waiting. The salon is very clean & new. They're a new business & I took advantage of their current discount on services. I will be back to use them again. Pricing is similar to most nail salons in the area. They will be having a "happy hour" Monday-Wednesday with 15% discount. Not sure what time of day that is good for. read more

I am not a frequent customer but i have gone here the last 2 years a few times a year. I got my wedding nails done here (attached "shell" like french tip). This new location was not it. It has been open a month and although i don't mind waiting i got there at 2pm on Saturday and left at 5pm. It was only a manicure, no pedicure. There were 3 techs but only 1 doing design so the other 2 were only prepping the nails. I asked for a pink on pink french tip as a yr ago i had it done and it was powder and i kept thinking about them. The new location did it with gel and it was NOT pink on pink. The tech put pink over the WHITE french tips. I am not happy with them. For the hours that i was there i did not want to complain again. They had quality work before. Gel x nails were great but the color and gel were not what my expectations were. read more

It wasn't bad the first time I went. Then it went downhill quickly. Hilton is always nice and friendly. Chelsea was good at first then she over cut my cuticle area and made me bleed. My toes/cuticle area were swollen and tender for about a week. I tried a different tech the next time I went, Lily and she filed my old gel off to the point that it caused my toe nails to crack. My mom told Tammy that she just wanted to file down her nails and cut her cuticles but Tammy up charged her for a $45 manicure instead. My mom didn't do any polish and still go charged the $45. Shady and greedy. She's only going to get half of that $45 and lost a customer. Tammy then noticed white customers coming in and cut my mom's massage time down so she can go work on the white customers. We won't be coming back. If you read this review and still want to try them out just avoid the older ladies: Tammy, Chelsea, and Q read more

I want to start off by saying that Chelsey provided such great service and showed true integrity! I love love love how my pedicure was done with care--it was my first time trying this place, and overall it was a great experience. However, I do want to mention that my grandma received a deluxe pedicure from Linlina (sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong), and unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. She skipped some steps of the deluxe service and seemed rushed, like she didn't really want to do it. Both my grandma and I noticed this, which was disappointing. To top it off, we hadn't even left the salon before my grandma's polish smudged. We understand this may have been because we opted for regular polish instead of gel and only two coats were applied--but still, when a regular pedicure ends up feeling more complete than a deluxe, it's definitely a letdown. read more

Love how easy it is to call and schedule an appointment. Their hours are great and establishment is clean! -1 star because they get you with up charges. Space is clean and new, staff is very friendly. Complimentary drinks are a nice touch. I never write reviews unless its a very bad experience. I went with my kids for a mani/pedi. Upon receiving the service I called the place asking if they only changed polish on my kids and the manager started screaming at me on the phone. Ive never had that kind of experience ever in my life. I only called to confirm if my kids received the service I requested since I was sitting on my other side. Prior to me making my appt they said all of us will be taken care of together but when I went there they did my kids first and then me and I couldnt even enjoy getting my pedicure because by then my kids were done and kept disturbing me. The whole point was to get it together and not take turns. I will not return to this place. Customer service 0/10 read more
