Today they took OVER 35-minutes after their text saying it would take 15-minutes. I called them at 25-minutes and the dispatcher made up some story about a back-up for a ticket booth. I must have seen 50-people walk out of the baggage claim and get into their limo. No one else had limos 35-min after they called. The driver shows up and repeats the same nonsense. It's offensive! Don't lie to me. You over booked and couldn't get back to the airport. Apologize and discount the ride. Like I said, they always take longer. Now, I'm done. Too many other options out there, and I won't tolerate being lied to.

There are a lot of A-1's out with some bad reviews so make sure you're booking this A-1. My wife and I were looking for a SUV car service from home to the airport. We had an infant, two large suitcases, a stroller, a car seat and two stressed out parents who were traveling with all the for the first time. We didn't want to chance it with a ride share service as we have had some less than desirable experiences with some bad drivers. I called three of the well known services advertised in Chicago and A-1 had the best rate. $88 one way minus gratuity for the driver. First, the booking process was easy. I phoned in my reservation and the representative who I spoke with was pleasant. Car type is not guaranteed but I requested an Escalade which was able to be accommodated for our reservation. Our driver arrived on time, gave me a call and he safely drove all of us to the airport. No drama, smooth experience. We booked A-1 again for our return trip to Chicago and look forward to another positive experience.
