    The Uber app crashed while I was getting a ride, and I couldn't cancel it…read more I sent the email below to their investor address because it is the only contact info on their web site. This was their reply: "Thank you for your email. Investor@uber.com will only respond to investor inquiries. All support inquiries should be directed to in-app support. Uber Investor Relations Team" I have contacted them about problems in the past. I found the archived messages on their site. But now they don't allow customers to contact them. Going forward, Lyft will be my go-to and Uber is last resort. Almost 2 hours later, their app is still not working. --------------------------------- Uber no longer provides a way for its customers to contact them, so I'm writing to you. Please be so kind as to forward this on to the appropriate people. Earlier today, Sunday, November 16, I needed a ride home from the grocery store. I called an Uber. Then I got a different ride, so I wanted to cancel the Uber. The app wouldn't let me. It stayed frozen on the promo screen and would not do anything. The menu buttons at the bottom weren't there. The Where To? at the top was not there. Only the promos. It stayed like that for my entire ride with the other service, even though I tried several times to access it. I was receiving the notifications from Uber but when I tapped on them, it went back to the promo screen. It is still doing that now, more than an hour later. So the driver wasted his time coming to pick me up, waiting for me and then canceling because Uber's app did not work. I've spent my entire lunchtime on the Uber site, trying to find a way to message them. I have been able to message Uber about problems in the past. I found the archived messages in my file. But Uber no longer allows customers to contact them. At one point while trying to find a way, I marked that the driver didn't have a face mask. I don't actually know what the driver did or wore. I never saw him. Please take that off his record. I am fortunate to have a good job so I don't mind paying the cancellation fee. I do mind very much a company that does not allow its customers to contact them with problems. Going forward, Lyft will be my go-to and Uber will be last resort.     BE aware of the scam Uber places on your credit card for UBER One…read more while in Chicago the app asked about Uber One with no explanation that I is a monthly charge of $9.99 per month with out signing or describing any benefits. I have been getting $9.99 monthly charges on my credit card that I have to lock and now have to cancel bc YOU CANNOT CONTACT UBER DIRECTLY. You have to go thru an app Help.Uber which is an AI site that asks you questions. With out resolving the Uber One membership issue,it just tries to sell you one. Then when you get it an answer site on the help site a day later it says, We are unable to retrieve your conversation. Please try again later. This has been going on for over a month. Do NOT RIDE UBER in CHICAGO use Flash cab! Faster Servive, pricing always the same, no in crease at busy times, always there at the train stations, and much more reliable. UBER ONE IS A SCAM THAT TRICKS YOU ON THE APP TO SAY YES, TO SOMETHNG THAT DOES NOT EVEN SAY WHAT IT IS. UBER HAS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY AN APP WITH ZERO HELP OR RESOLUTION! Horrible company to riders and their drivers!
