Wouldn't even give one star! Never showed up! Booked a month in advance and gave debit card on phone. Trip for family of 6 to be taken to o'hare for international flight. Multiple calls where they first said they were running late. 1/2 hr later no answer and then after repeated calls said we didn't reserve and it would be another hour. Called Panama and they picked us all up within 20 minutes and had us to the airport in time. read more

08/11/18. What an awesome limousine service. We started out Tuesday morning for a short anniversary vacation with Mike picking us up to go to O'Hare. Friendly smile and warm greeting to start the day. Our return flight was delayed but Mike was there at 12:30 am (yes, that is after midnight) with flowers and champagne and a smile to welcome us home. It was a capper to a wonderful trip. I would give more stars if possible!!!! 04/13/18 Mike was great. He was able to do a short notice ride (less than 48 hour notice) for early morning trip to O'Hare. Offered to have hot coffee and pastries available if they were wanted. Then picked up for trip home adjusting automatically for delayed flight and giving up another fare due to delay. Extremely timely for both pickups. It was relaxing not to have worry about transportation to and from the airport. I will definitely use this company again read more

I choose Mike and his limousine services because all the great reviews. Mike was running a little behind called me an hour ahead of schedule pick up time just to let us know. He was only a few minutes late. Our return flight was reschedule 4 times plus a day later and Mike had a wedding to do the day we landed, but he made sure there was a car waiting for us when we arrived at O'Hare 12 hours difference from our schedule flight. Unfortunately I can not share the same experience as any of you have. We scheduled them four weeks in advance even confirmed the day before and they never showed up to pick up seven of us to get to airport. We had to drive ourselves to the bus station in Rockford leaving our cars for seven days and barely making the plane for Mexico. So I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone read more

The airline botched our return trip limo pick up time by losing our luggage. We texted Mike right away and basically flew by the seat of our pants as we had no clue of the delay time in Chicago when we landed very late that night. Add to that - my 77 yr. old mother was traveling with us. We were all exhausted. Mike worked with us and was able to pick us up, even though it was much later than our original time and he had an early am pick up. Mike went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we had a safe ride home. Mike is a truly professional, friendly and very conscientious driver. He brought us coffee on our 1st ride as our flight was very early in the morning. The limo was clean as a whistle and a very roomy, comfortable ride to and from O'Hare. We cannot recommend Mike highly enough!!! He totally impressed Mom, which is no easy feat. HE IS AMAZING! We'll DEFINITELY use him in the future. It's so much easier and less stressful than driving ourselves to O'Hare and facing the unknown (and WAY better than a cab)! read more

We had Instyle Limo drive us to and from O'Hare for a recent flight. Mike, the owner, was very quick to get me a quote and I found his price reasonable. I booked it several months in advance. Mike confirmed the booking with me several days before the date and arrived promptly. The car was very clean and he was professional and personable. Our return flight was supposed to arrive at 5am on a Sunday. I contacted Mike the night before to let him know we had a flight change and then we had several delays after that. He kept watch on our flight status and when we arrived over an hour late he quickly picked us up right outside of baggage claim. Rather than complain about all of the last minute changes he was instead sympathetic to our frustrating travel issues and was cheerful and excited to hear about our trip.
