All I can say about this place is rude, unprofessional and really poor salesmanship. Years back I was looking at the underneath of a pick up truck when the owner was walking by I stood up, might have spooked him but he continued to tell me I 'really need to know what I'm talking about' and basically told me how stupid I am and why I shouldn't be looking at cars.. great way to sell!! This month I was looking at a car there first time I've been back in 3 years. Same guy and another man who must have been his brother gave me a price. I went back to purchase it and they were now both there and started arguing over the price and put the blame on me for why they didn't know what price. Looked at the paper work and they filled out 2 grand more than I was told!!! I walked away. Seems like they work together to argue on purpose to get you confused into signing something. Shady shady shady...

BEWARE! I bought my Elantra here about 1 1/2 years ago. It was listed over Kelly Blue Book value…read more The salesperson at the time, Ken, said you couldn't really go by that - it doesn't factor in all the work that they do to prep the car for you - they repair anything (brakes, tires, etc.) that's at 50% or less. He wouldn't negotiate the price down at all. The one thing I specifically requested was that the timing belt be replaced if it hadn't already been, as the car was just over 100,000 miles. Well now, 1 1/2 years later I found out that the timing belt definitely wasn't replaced 1 1/2 years ago. A couple other mechanics had mentioned to me "hey if you haven't had the timing belt done yet, given your miles, you definitely need to" and I was always like "no, it was already done - they did it when I bought the car." But yesterday someone from Goodyear actually looked at it and said definitely not. I called Perro's, and explained that I was upset this hadn't been done when I purchased my car. Next time I'll have it put in writing in the agreement! The owner, Michael, was so RUDE to me that I was in TEARS when I got off the phone. He yelled at me, tried to defend himself by saying it wasn't his responsibility/he didn't do anything wrong, etc. etc. and constantly interrupted me and wouldn't listen to what I had to say. He said the best he could do was get me a really good price. I asked if the work could be done on Friday or Saturday (after Thanksgiving, as I live out of state but will be home visiting family), and he said "NO!" and blew up that I couldn't make demands like that, especially over a holiday weekend. I simply asked him if he could, I didn't demand anything! At this point, I'm thinking this guy is the WORST BUSINESS OWNER ever... he is so rude to his customers and for no reason. I was simply trying to talk to him about my problem... So he was supposed to call back with a "good price" for me - 3 hours later, still no call back. My boyfriend calls him to check in. He was very polite. Michael gives him the number of the autobody shop, tells him to call that number, yells at him and HANGS UP! Ridiculous. I will never go back there!!! Side note: in the year and 1/2 that I've owned the car, I've already had to replace the tires, rear brakes, rotors & calipers (and they said the rear brakes were at 90% good when I bought it), the driver belt, and I've also had to do a transmission drain & fill. DON'T GO THERE!

So the driver side mirror does need to be replaced and the cost would be $532.96 with parts, tax, and labor. Also the tpms light is on because the left rear tpms sensor is not reading and should be replaced along with 4 tires. The tread on all 4 tires is low. The ost to replace all 4 tires with the tpms sensor would be $624.50. Next, as for the horn not working it does need to be replaced and that would be $350. with parts, tax, and labor. The tech found the right front inner and outer tie rods need replacing as they have alot of play, the cost to replace these would be $767 with an alignment afterward. And last the check engine light is on for 2 issues. First is for the mass air flow sensor would need to be replaced $454.47. And lastly, there is a "code of death" for the transmission meaning that the transmission would need to be replaced and the cost of that would be $6365. Please let me know what you'd like to do. And if you'd like to speak to someone from sales to see if trading in the vehicle is an option please let me know that as well! Reply STOP to cancel.

Customer Review Angelo's Auto Sales/Service I brought my…read moredisabled sisters 2005 Dodge Dakota ST purchased at Angelo's Auto & Car Sales for front left brake line service on 06/23/2025. Angelo also indicated other work needed to be done including cv axles, sway bar links, and front brakes. I left the vehicle with Angelo assuming indicated work would be completed in a timely professional manner. Angelo stated that since the metal brake lines on the vehicle were not available he had to make them in his shop. I obtained all other indicated service parts for the vehicle within a week and brought them to Angelo. Angelo stated he would begin work on the vehicle ASAP. Upon multiple follow up calls Angelo indicated that the truck was on the lift and would not come off until repairs were completed (which obviously was a complete fabrication). After 6 + weeks passed Angelo stated that he did not have correct fitting's needed for the brake line repair. This statement I thought was completely absurd and even other professional mechanics agreed in discussion with them. Within several days I obtained various fittings needed at a local parts store (as a back up) for the required brake line repair and also obtained original OEM vehicle specific brake lines which included all appropriate connections to complete the repair. Immediately after repair several return visits were required to replace multiple stripped lug nuts and studs damaged by his shop. On last service visit front tires needed to be removed to repair stripped wheel studs. I previously arranged a flat fee with Angelo to change the oil/filter (labor only) and rotate the tires front to back. Angelo decided to charge a separate fee to rotate the tires (to my disabled sister owner of the vehicle when she went in for service that day) even though she spent $70.00 + on lug nuts/studs damaged by his repair shop. Apparently it is the customers responsibility to replace parts damaged by his shop. In addition, after most recent service visit there is another stripped wheel lug damaged at his shop which needs to be repaired along with a broken hood release latch (not able to open hood for engine compartment service).

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP…read more Earlier this year, we purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder for my wife from Gary Jackson Motors, and what followed has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I've ever seen. We were told the vehicle wasn't yet safe to drive but that all necessary repairs would be completed before pickup. We trusted them. She picked it up in March after delays, believing it had been properly serviced and was safe to drive. Just five months later, on September 1, the car broke down and had to be towed. A mechanic discovered that major components--including the front differential and rear end--had not been assembled correctly. The shop confirmed the driveshaft, axle, brakes, and suspension had all been mishandled, making the vehicle unsafe. We had to spend nearly $4,700 (nearly half the cost of the car) to correct the issues that should have been addressed before the sale. Then, on October 4, the Pathfinder broke down again on the highway. It was towed back to the mechanic, who diagnosed a failed transmission with an estimated $7,000 repair cost -- more than the vehicle's value. In less than seven months, the car broke down twice, left my wife stranded, and cost us thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs, towing, and lost time. Based on our experience, the vehicle we purchased was not properly serviced or safe to be sold. Buyers beware: I strongly recommend caution before purchasing from this dealership or trusting their claims that a vehicle has been "fully serviced" or "safe to drive."
