DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNETHICAL CLOWNS
Not a good experience at all. Just disappointed all around with the lack of transparency in the sales process as well as post sale support (i.e within days of buying, things like struts failing the same week, and being ghosted by sales reps). Repeat, cash in hand customer lost due to poor customer service/support.

Edited 11/11 after speaking with the owner Gary Jackson, a "savvy businessman" with what seems to be a rather tenuous grasp of business ethics, here is my tale:
Car sold to me was a 2012 Lincoln MKZ. 130k miles.
Purchased 10/22 on a rush. My prior car was totaled by insurance due to water damage, so I was in a rush to get a new vehicle. I test drove it. Seemed ok (needed things like door handles, etc...seemed like minor stuff). Dave, the "sales guy", said "take the car. make a list of any repairs needed and we will fix them, and if we find anything else we will let you know." (verbatim)
The car was driven for a week until they could get my car in to their shop (I had to push for this early repair date, as I was later told by the garage it was actually a 3 week wait, surprise!). I dropped my car off on a Tuesday, with a full list handed to them of repairs needed. Struts, shocks, brakes, oil change, 2 door handles that didn't function at all, and a key fob that did nothing, and a few other minor things. Reminder, this car was at their repair shop, and on a lift. I picked the car up on Friday. One rotor was replaced. The door handles, while replaced, were manhandled so badly the plastic backing retainer broke off the driver side handle. The battery put in the FOB lasted 2 days. After countless unreturned calls about the front end not being touched and creaking loudly at every movement (including within an hour of leaving with my "fixed" car on a Friday) I said "well, they've deiced to walk away, so I will get the front end work done myself". 11/10 I drop my car off at my mechanic for $800 in struts and shocks, only to find that the entire sub frame is rotted out. As in, gone. Not there. So, you'd think at this point a guy would be a bit upset? Sure. I managed to finally have a sales rep answer his phone on 11/11 (the number listed on google), and tried explaining my issue, but I was talked over (and down to) so much I had to hang up. He then texted me the number to the owner, Gary and said talk to him and that "he wasnt involved in the deal". I figure "hey, the owner should make this right." You'd think. Instead, I was berated (and literally called a coward) for "leaving a poor review rather than trying to call them" (see above, multiple attempts, no replies or calls back). Thus my review. This isn't a mensa meeting of the minds. It's a used car dealership. After refusing to let me complete a sentence, Gary tells me "the car passed inspection, right?" It's not our problem, and I don't deal with cowards who leave bad reviews. A sub frame is $300...and hung up on me.
Was I a bit rude at times? Absolutely. I will admit that openly. I had every right to be at the time, and at this point. I mean, the gal in the office was supposed to do a simple plate transfer. I was wondering why my registration didn't show up after 10 business days. She thought they were to be new plates. I had to correct THAT as well. Photo of sub frame of the 2102 Lincoln they are sticking me with is attached.
Experience from start to finish was atrocious. Hi Gary. Thanks for your time. Real professional. Read and enjoy. I await your reply, like the many others below, blaming other people for "being rude". Seems to be a common theme with you folks projecting as a collective.
Boy, the other poor reviews I am seeing are all in alignment with my own. Ghosted customers with rotted frames or sub frames. It's a shame to see.
Additional note: After posting this experience on 4 social media platforms, I found I am not alone. One quote from a friend: "I have never heard anything good about that place". read more
