They tried to tell me it was because it was cold out but it was 40°, you could tell by the sound it needed a new motor. And they tried to tell me that was not the problem. The brakes also were making a grinding sound, and when I pointed it out they told me that I was wrong. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't know about cars.
