A car I picked up with dents in it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. No response by email and no live person by phone. I would not recommend using this service . If possible I would give it 0 stars.

It's pretty expensive and It seems as though a majority of their higher end vehicles have high milage for what they charge!

It boggles my mind that if you make an appointment for an oil change that it takes over an hour to complete. My appointment was for 7am it is now 8:25am and I am still waiting. I could likely look up a video on YouTube.com on how to do and oil change, watch it 5 times and still get it done faster! What is more alarming is this is not the first time this has happened. It happens every single time! If my lease didn't provide oil changes I would never come to this service department. EVER! I will consider the service team when I am looking to release. BEWARNED: Take the day off of work, get here early and just maybe you'll make it home for dinner!

If I could give Diamond Chevrolet in Auburn zero stars, I would…read more We went in to look at trucks, and our salesman, Tom, was polite and took good care of us personally. We ended up finding a 2020 Ram 1500 Rebel that we liked. Unfortunately, the overall dealership experience quickly became frustrating, disorganized, and extremely unprofessional. Things first started feeling questionable during negotiations. We were given an extremely low offer for our trade-in because, according to the dealership, it had "too many scratches." The truck we were looking at had some if not the same issues, and then some. No budge on price. It got to the point where it was a "let's get out of here" situation. After a significant amount of back-and-forth, we were eventually able to reach a more reasonable agreement. When we were preparing to drive the truck home, we discovered a dent in the passenger-side door, several areas of rust and stains in the interior. Instead of correcting it before delivery, we were told that we needed to wait 30 days and then use the six-month paintless dent repair coverage offered by the dealership, and to come back for a service detail. We were later told that we needed to return immediately to sign additional paperwork for the registration. We came in during the middle of a workday, only to arrive and find a line, and a bunch of out of control children throwing legos and screaming. We then had to wait approximately another 30 minutes just to complete the paperwork. While we were sitting in the office signing, another man entered and said, in front of us, "We need to get these people taken care of, or we are going to lose deals." It was one of the most awkward, uncomfortable, and unprofessional dealership experiences I have ever had. Customers should never be made to feel like they are simply a deal that needs to be rushed through before they walk away, after spending this much money on a vehicle. We then dropped the truck back off the following Monday for service, registration, temporary plates, detailing, an inspection sticker, and an overall review of the vehicle. Because this is our only vehicle, we made three separate trips back and forth trying to coordinate everything. The supposed holdup was a brake light bulb. By Tuesday, the dealership still did not have the bulb in stock. I was originally told the truck would be ready for pickup at 2:00 p.m., but it had not been detailed and still did not have an inspection sticker. We were then assured it would be ready by 3:30 p.m. What makes this even more concerning is that the truck was sold as Certified Pre-Owned and had supposedly already gone through the dealership's service department. How was a nonfunctioning brake light not identified before the truck was sold? Why was the truck not already detailed and properly prepared for delivery? We were told "we only take the best of the best pre-owned." Between the dent, brake light, unfinished detailing, missing inspection sticker, repeated trips, long waits, and constantly changing timelines, it appears the vehicle was sold before the dealership had finished preparing it, or given it any sort of attention any vehicle should undergo before a sale. Purchasing a vehicle should not involve this level of inconvenience, poor coordination, and lack of communication immediately after the sale. Tom was polite and helpful, but the dealership's overall process, professionalism, preparation, and follow-through were extremely disappointing. I still don't have our truck. There's a lot more details I could add, but I figured receiving a 1-star review was good enough to get the point across. Based on our experience, I would NOT recommend Diamond Chevrolet in Auburn. BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE, to a dealership who isn't sales hungry, and actually pays attention to customers needs after spending so much money for pure inconvenience. ** STAY AWAY **

The car is fun to drive & handles like a sports car. With all the service I paid for I go for a sticker this week & got rejected! Within minutes the service person was all set to sell me two new tires for over $350, which I declined. Why you might ask? I've never had a any car with only 24k on a set of tires that needed to be replaced. The middle of both tires was 'like new' with both shoulders (outside edges) of both tires showing wear, which is unusual. Car&Driver has good things to say about Hankook, "...most new tires on the market today will last about 60,000 miles." LOOK UP YOUR OWN RECOMMENDED TIRE PRESSURE Found on two different car forums: Recommended Passat VW Tire Pressure: Front 36 PSI / Rear 44 PSI Low pressure wears shoulders; not center tread! I went to a local garage near my home & they passed the inspection with a warning that my tires must have been underinflated for some time, causing the shoulders to wear much sooner than they should. The Hankook tires had been underinflated long enough that the shoulders were unduly worn. The under-inflation was done either at the factory or at the dealer (maybe in order to sell more tires). With all my maintenance visits the dealer neglected to inform me the tire pressure wasn't correct, nor that the tires were showing under inflation symptoms. Frustrating!

Just reaching out through text so that you can see everything written out and can look it all over. So the driver side mirror does need to be replaced and the cost would be $532.96 with parts, tax, and labor. Also the tpms light is on because the left rear tpms sensor is not reading and should be replaced along with 4 tires. The tread on all 4 tires is low. The ost to replace all 4 tires with the tpms sensor would be $624.50. Next, as for the horn not working it does need to be replaced and that would be $350. with parts, tax, and labor. The tech found the right front inner and outer tie rods need replacing as they have alot of play, the cost to replace these would be $767 with an alignment afterward. And last the check engine light is on for 2 issues. First is for the mass air flow sensor would need to be replaced $454.47. And lastly, there is a "code of death" for the transmission meaning that the transmission would need to be replaced and the cost of that would be $6365. Please let me know what you'd like to do. And if you'd like to speak to someone from sales to see if trading in the vehicle is an option please let me know that as well! Reply STOP to cancel.

Angelo also indicated other work needed to be done including cv axles, sway bar links, and front brakes. I left the vehicle with Angelo assuming indicated work would be completed in a timely professional manner. Angelo stated that since the metal brake lines on the vehicle were not available he had to make them in his shop. I obtained all other indicated service parts for the vehicle within a week and brought them to Angelo. Angelo stated he would begin work on the vehicle ASAP. Upon multiple follow up calls Angelo indicated that the truck was on the lift and would not come off until repairs were completed (which obviously was a complete fabrication). After 6 + weeks passed Angelo stated that he did not have correct fitting's needed for the brake line repair. This statement I thought was completely absurd and even other professional mechanics agreed in discussion with them. Within several days I obtained various fittings needed at a local parts store (as a back up) for the required brake line repair and also obtained original OEM vehicle specific brake lines which included all appropriate connections to complete the repair. Immediately after repair several return visits were required to replace multiple stripped lug nuts and studs damaged by his shop. On last service visit front tires needed to be removed to repair stripped wheel studs. I previously arranged a flat fee with Angelo to change the oil/filter (labor only) and rotate the tires front to back. Angelo decided to charge a separate fee to rotate the tires (to my disabled sister owner of the vehicle when she went in for service that day) even though she spent $70.00 + on lug nuts/studs damaged by his repair shop. Apparently it is the customers responsibility to replace parts damaged by his shop. In addition, after most recent service visit there is another stripped wheel lug damaged at his shop which needs to be repaired along with a broken hood release latch (not able to open hood for engine compartment service).
