We had a major leak this past year that the owner neglected to address correctly. I expressed my concerns multiple times about moisture and possible mold, but I was dismissed. Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life.
