Highly recommend them if you need home repair service. One of my thermostats would not turn on, so i asked around, and a family member said that TDR had previously did an outstanding job on their HVAC and that they highly recommended them. I had a chance to troubleshoot the issue and determine the thermostat was ok, but there was no power going to one of my furnaces in the attic. I called TDR and spoke with Santos over the phone, he took the time to understand the situation, and also offered some suggestions for what i can check. For example, he recommended that i replace the fuse first, since that would be a simple fix. At this point i am a new customer, so the fact that he is willing to try and help me fix it over the phone for free says a lot about this company's business philosophy. I had already tried the fixes he suggested, so Santos told me it could be a couple of different things wrong, and he quoted me the price to fix each of them. The prices sounded good so then we moved forward with a service call for the next day. Santos told me to expect his technician Evan at 10am. Evan showed up on time, was very respectful to me and my home, went straight to work, and diagnosed that the power cable to the furnace had burned out. He promptly replaced the cable, inspected the furnaces to make sure they were in good shape, and then made sure everything worked. I was charged the same price that was quoted over the phone. My experience is that my hvac was promptly fixed at the same price quoted over the phone. Santos the owner was very helpful over the phone and Evan did a great job working onsite. highly recommended company for HVAC surface.

Although the other companies were very thorough (too thorough in my opinion) I had been referred to Jack Frost from a couple of people I knew. The owner Ralph, came into my home - took 10 minutes and gave me a better quote by $10k. He and his team were professional, responsive and I just can't say enough! I had the unit replaced, reworking and replacing of duct work in July and am thrilled! I have recommended him on my local social media pages, but am just getting around to putting here. I can't recommend them enough. I thought there was a problem (which there wasn't) and he had one of his techs in my house within 30 minutes. Like I said, going with the big guys is not necessarily the best. Jack Frost would get 100 stars if that were an option.
