My regular eye doctor closed down, so I decided to give Meijer a try. I was very impressed with the…read moredoctor. She was very thorough. Then I ordered a new pair of glasses there. It took about 2 weeks. When they came, there was a scratch in one lens. They ordered a new lens which took about 2 more weeks. They had trouble inserting the new lens, but then sent me on my way. A few days later when the lens kept falling out, we returned them for repair. Three weeks later when they were finally ready, I went in to get them. They said the previous lens had been made too large for the frame and wanted me to hand them my frames. I said "you kept them". Susan said she remembered giving me the frames to keep while a new lens was made! She said "Never the less, when you do find them, we need you to return them". That was very insulting and I felt like I was accused of stealing. I will not return. Sorry doctor, you were great!
